You will go via Thane-Belapur Road right? Shall I join you guys at Rabale Police Station? If yes, at what time?

I would really suggest you guys make smaller groups and meet up at a common point, rather than waiting alone in some spots... chances are that it would add to the delay and ofcourse people might forget you!

I am not sure where you should stop, either you can meet MotorBreath and gang where the JVLR meets the Easter Express (Kanjurmarg) or you could meet up at the begining of Airoli bridge
