Well here's the minimum requirement for the riding gear if you want to be a part of xBhp rides.
1. Good Quality helmet(ISI/DOT) Full face helmets
2. Since you have AXO knee/elbow guards, wear them over a thick jacket and no need to buy/wear armoured jacket.
3. Get the full finger gloves, better from protection point of view
4. Any shoes as long as they cover the entire foot Preferably riding shoes/sports shoes/Army boots

Hey man ... i live in mahim but dadar and bandra very close to heart...esp shivaji park and link road......many memories man... ehhh ...little problem here.... dont have full face helmet... never wore one...i use them half face types...vega(isi marked)....will do?? i can get all the other things...

The 1st 800kms below 4k rpm... which works out to a max of 60kmph in the 6th gear

Planning to buy the jacket from AH on saturday... if doesnt work out will give you a buzz & borrow. Stay at Andheri. Can work out the barter conditions

Sad re.... 4k RPM at 5th Gear was 60 for me for ZMA-R. Hopefully you will get done with your Run in on the ride.

Normally when i go on rides(mostly i ride solo) i wear my half face and cover my face with a bandhana or something(keeps all the dirt from gettin in the mouth). Never had any accidents thank god, but ya completely agree with you on that. Will see if i can arrange for a fullface or maybe buy a basic fullface. I read in the thread, some of you guys goin to a.h. helmets on sat. If i am buying i would like to accompany you guys. Btw where is a.h. helmets?? My office is in charkop, while returing home today i tried to search for the shop but could not find it. Its before the lotus petrol pump(while goin towards infinity, right?) . Also for the ride i have to give my details on some ICE sheet?? I am not sure what that is. Where do i get contact info of other people?? Where do i post my contact details??
My apologies for asking too many questions, old habits die hard .
