The rider list had grown to 24
when i logged on to XBHP on saturday night, hoping atleast 15 bikes will turn up in the morning slept around 12.
5:30 was the meeting time, 5:30 my phone rings up and my girl on phone say "hey haven't you left yet", i was like OMG it 5:30 i would be again late, got ready in 15 mins and left. when i reached cool joint to my surprise i could find more than 25+ bikes
.
I was the last guy to arrive, said Hi's and hello's and left dividing the group two 2 one led by santa one by me . By the time we had reached kanakpura road it was hard to maintain the formation because of the traffic and group 1 were wating for us, so we decide santa will lead and i will tail as we two only knew the place. Second group was led by our bike baba.
So we reached the place, need pics to continue the log
@archi: no it not the paddock stand, why would other envy me, for having a paddock stand

Somehow reached till M.G. Road. After that had to push for few kms. I reached home at 5:30 pm. Thanks you all you guys who patiently waited for the bike to get to some shape. Currently it is resting in Panache. Looks like electrical wiring problem. It took more than 30 mins for 2 mechanics to figure out the issue...Originally posted by mithun.08 View PostControl your horses Mr.Kri$hna with $

Ride Report
Not to miss this G2G, I had kept two alarms. By 5:20 I was at SBI, IndiraNagar. Messaged Archibaby, but didn't get any respose. Left there at 5:30 and reached Cool Joint by 5:45. It was a huge line up of bikes. As it was near to 4th block Mosque, lot of Police were around. Few of them we staring continuously
Suddenly I saw a huge bike coming in. It was an FZ6. WOW, it was the first time I saw that huge naked bike. Soon found out how much FZ16 is inspired from this bike.
John began his routine by begging (
) everyone for a Group Photo. We had few photos and left in two groups. Stopped on way for fuel and reached the spot in few minutes. Here are some snaps:

Here Santa, Mithun and Shridhar (Blue R15) told us their experience on Track in Chennai. Heard all the stories of Guy with shorts, Killer story etc etc. We noticed that our bikes might be in danger as the villagers were carrying huge wooden logs on the small path way where our bikes were lined up
We shifted our chit chat place and had intro sessions

After this the group split into two. One group went on to different direction, and I preferred to go to MTR on Mysore Road. It was an awsome ride on Nice Road. I thought I would be the last one with a puny 125cc bike with max speed of 105. But, suddenly saw an Yellow RTR in trouble. It was a small glitch and we headed on to Mysore Road.
It was not an easy ride with many accidents to be seen on road. We saw lot of glass pieces and blood stains. As I was riding slowly (at 90-100kmph
), lot of guys had already gathered at MTR. I gulped in Lota Idly, Vada, Dosa and Tea. We started looking into the RTR having problem. We checked oil level etc etc. Still some sound was coming. I thought the sound is somewhere near silencer. So, suspecting foot rest, I put it in flat position and we realized the sound from there. Santa started give some gyan that there is no problem with that RTR and it was just phsycological
Later I took some time out to look at the FZ6 beauty. Here is a shot of it:

Then we moved on to Coffee Day, which was a long ride of 30 seconds
Here we had lot of fun, followed by lineup of bikes. Some snaps:

John suggested to take individual snaps with bikes and trouble started for me from here. The bike was not starting. After few kicks and help from fellow xBhpians, my bike started. But, I was not feeling OK as I was sensing some trouble
We started returning back. Initially, my bike took good. But it stopped after 100m. Tried few options and finally stopped near a Dhaba. Sent a msg to John and Santa came in for help. He started doing few tricks and I realized that I should have known few of them
. I am a novice in bike troubleshooting and it was a good lesson for me. I understood what are the areas to look out when the bike is not starting.
We narrowed down the problem to Spark Plug and John was called in and was asked to bring a new one. He got one for a ZMA and had to go back again to get a new one for my Gladiator. Meanwhile we had some discussions about Ads. "Bike" Ads to be specific
. Started admiring the "Fell like God" and few more ads. At the same time hating the new HH ad a.k.a Dung Dung Ad

With the new spark plug my bike felt better and I started heading towards Bangalore. I realized how important it is to be in a Group. More importantly helping someone in trouble within the Group. XBhpians has such nice people and I am loving it.
My journey back to Bangalore was smooth only for 15 kms. There were few hickups near Ramnagar, Bidadi. But, I managed to move on. Near NICE road, I had to make a decision whether to go for long road without any help or go for road with traffic, with hopefully some help. I decided to to through city. I reached till MG Road and here my bike totally gave off. I searched for a mechanic nearby, but in vain. I pushed the bike till Ulsoor and saw a road side mechanic. Before he touched the bike, I asked him what is he going to do. He didn't answer to any levels of satisfaction. Had 2 glasses of Sugarcane juice and continued to push the bike till home. It was tiring experience and I remembered the movie Wild Hogs
. I reached home at 5:30 pm and was fully exhausted.
Now my bike is resting in Panache Yamaha getting few treatments. I remembered Santa's advices, looked through the manual and told the service men about few precautionary stuff.
Thanks to xBHP for giving me this opportunity to be with some good people.
Cheers!
