@all.. it was a g2g for me after 4-5 months.. was happy 2 see the huge turnaround.. and was sad to return back early without hitting mysore road..hope you guys all had good fun there too.
And today's TOI is full of news regarding yesterday's accidents which happened at Mysore road. I think three of them died yesterday at mysore road. I guess even we have to be a little careful while doing group rides in Mysore road. Even one rider's mistake can make life hell for all others in g2g. They have also blacklisted NICE road.
Post the snaps soon. I guess I may not be there in any. Still..Comment

GUYS !!! any one read today's Times Of India ?? I think it is not safe to catch the maddur road with high speeds ..
Police will start arresting youth crossing speed limits, and that is due to the accidents witnessed by ppl yesterday on mysore road. I am really sorry for those youngsters who lost life in drag racing, but grossly disappointed with their attitude on safety .. I think they were not wearing any sort of safety gear while racing, and that too on a busy highway known for its dangers and accidents!! Really eye opening for speeding youngsters without responsibility, negligence on safety gear and traffic rules !!
can we do something about this ?? what is the point in such drags on highways that too with our puny bikes ??

saw all the three axident sites , the news in deccan chronicle is in different way , no drag nothin.
Always felt mysore road was never safe.
lorries stopped @ wrong lanes , passerbys,
odd potholes , barricades and what not.
next time on mysore roads we gotta have 80kmph as our speed limit , decent speed and safe enough.

i suppose the times of india news is the same that we got to know abt when we were at the dhaba near maddur CCD.
cops have already kept speed governers but only near nice road or near RV college, further towards bidadi and they never keep any.Excellence is not a Skill

i did see cops with interceptors on the other lane while coming back... anyone know the legal speed limit because we better be below that if we don't want to be stopped by cops with guns...Forza Juve!Comment

I have seen the board as 60 so I am supposing that 60kmph would be the speed limit on mysore highway. I left the petrol bunk at 1pm and was home at 2:15pm, 75 mins for 75 kms at a constant 60kmph.
