So i'm back early. During the ride back from the dam to the maddur CCD, i managed to find a XXXL pothole about 4 feet inside the left edge. I stood up to lessen the impact but there was no way i could avoid it at such speeds, as I could have put other bikers on my right in danger. The result was a bent rim. Thanks to john, vicky, mithun, who promptly stopped at a turn ahead. I was given directions to AS auto service near Monotype Bus Stop, as they left for CCD and I had to return back, sadly, missing the second half of the G2G. As I reached AS, the service advisor there, Mr Rajesh, helped me out alot regarding what I had to do. He also told me that no other parts were damaged, front forks were fine, no fairing vibes, rear of the bike didn't take the maximum impact so everything was fine.

Apparently, insurance coverage is full on metal/alloy parts, therefore, I wont have to shell out alot. So everything is in order. Tomorrow morning, first thing, I will call Bajaj Alliance and claim for insurance.

This was my first XBhp G2G, and I am glad I got to meet everyone there. The group was large and it wasn't possible for everyone to stay together, therefore small groups were formed, but by and large, everyone was friendly. I have to mention though, on the way back from the dam, as soon as we hit the tarmac, going became a little crazy. A few riders had bursts of adrenaline, I think . And once we reached the main road, then saw some few aggressive overtaking maneuvers. As for me, I hit the ditch, and here I am back home posting in XBhp . No worries though, always a next G2G.

Well about the meet... It was fun especially at coffeeday in maddur pics shall talk... after we left from ther the group split,, details from every group will come up shortly.....

Not to forget a suggestion guys,,,,, Mysore road on sunday mornings and evenings is jam packed and lot of stupid armature drivers are on the killing spree so please be safe...We saw three accidents which had taken place just moments before we reached the spots where each one took place, also saw blood on the road[i dont know if anyone noticed this] which was covered with mud/sand.. and ya while having breakfast we eye witnessed an incident where in a stupid **ck face taxi driver who took a turn into the restaurant, i guess without giving any signal and a Baleno almost rammed into him...

details about the log i guess santoosh, john ill wait fro these guys to come up with it as they can post pics simultaneously....

Sridhar shetty's bike had got some problem with his carburetor and sparkplugs which was repaired by SANTOSH wit help of mithun and mrugesh and as well as our john bhai too coz he got new spark plugs and came along with amit..
IT WAS NICE MEETING EVERYONE AND WOULD LOVE TO JOIN ALL THE FUTURE G2G'S AS WELL AS RIDE'S.

Sorry for the mis hap pranay.

Just came back from the ride. must say that the Spare part owner was a real idiot (me and john went there for sreedhars bike) we had to head twice towards his shop overall makin it a 12 km ride to and fro. Once santhosh called up and explained him but it seems he wanted to see My R15 back again to the shop thats the reason he gave the wrong spark plug. Anyways, it wasn't the spark plug problem.


Please guys post the pics as soon as possible specially the one taken near the ccd and the one which john took the bikers profile!!!!!!! am wating for this one very eagerly.

I am glad to met u guys as well, and am waiting for the CCD pictures and also the early morning pictures.

me too missed it because of festival in my house..
