Hi everybody, i've just joined on instance from my boss Mr. Chris and i want to ride with all of you on I-Day as well. So, here is my short intro - Iam Digbijoy Sen working for the Recruitment Company same as Chris, hailing from the land of former french colony and Jagadhatri Puja, Chandannagar, been riding for 12 twelve years on a chetak 1st, splendor 2nd and presently on a CD100SS and enjoyed it to the T.

I-Day ride

Hello Friends we will meet on independence day ride in kolkata

guys sorry but I think that I won't be able to make it on 15th my dam luck
yesterday night met a accident actually I was not riding the bike, my brother was and I was the pillion and suddenly the bike riding left side come on our way and my brother was cruising at around 75-80 kmph hit the brake hard to avoid the impact and mistakenly applied the front brake hard and the front wheel was not in straight position. The fall was hard but nothing serious happen except lots of cuts & bruises and pain in haddi moreover my bike is also not 100% sprocket neds to be change asap but TVS parts are not available in the market any way if possible please distribute the tees no sat near sec V as I will be able to collect it and definitely will try to join U guys if i get well

hey...im sorry to hear that........god bless and see you definitely on 15th....even if you dont ride no problem....someone will accommodate you....but you riding would be different..

Mogambo! its very unfortunate, what happened. comes as a reminder that no matter how good a rider one is, there are still a million others who are just plain stupid (not your brother) and dont bother about others on the road. (really hate riders who ride irresponsibly). I wish you and your brother a quick recovery!!!!

Thanks buddy and I totally agree with you, its really very irritating that how much you ride safely on road there are lots of irresponsible rider riding unsafely and thread to rider like us or people walking on road moreover if they make any mistake they starts arguing as if they haven't done anything wrong & they are right and person who did not make any mistake are wrong

Even after the mishap I went to the rider to check whether he is alright he starts saying that I did not do any thing wrong ,after seeing you I stopped but you hit me ( I didn't asked any dam thing to him but he started giving clarification )later I made him realize that he was the one without looking at back look right turn moreover there was not any RVM in his bike and the rider was not even wearing any helmet but still he was arguing that he did not make any mistake and he is right, so without wasting time I moved on s*la ga*du kahi ka!! ( sorry mods )

Back in Kolkata. Covered Kolkata-Maldah-Kolkata. The ride was good. But I am really disgusted with the attitude of the local "bikers" of different places on NH-34. At the beginning it was really fun to watch their reaction but it became irritation at the end. Oh, I forget to mention, I was having my knee guards, black DSG Falcon Jacket and black full riding gloves and a lid. Sometime the young people was trying to race with me, some times they were trying to show some stunts on the roads(stretching the arms leaving the throttle) .....! That spoiled my mood and time on the roads.

Next time I'll think twice while wearing the gears on such roads except the lid.

Keep cool...i say man, coz if you stop wearing the gears you would the importance of safety.....we know are ancestors but we do not "monkey see, monkey do". There should be the least difference of the two. So, keep wearing coz i m getting a new one for myself.

They were lucky,that I was not there...........I may sound reckless,but you know,they have no respect for safety gears and they think,they are better at it without those.Only if you had been on our return trip from Orissa,you would have known that you are part of a group,who knows to go like an Express Train when required........young hooligans,crossing our line would be a mistake,they would head on for a truck.

Bappa always wear your gears,its safety.You remember the rides you had with me,to Digha,to Bakkhali,to Shantiniketan.........those guy's behaviour shouldn't ever have had upset you.Rather you should pity them for their vanity.

Proposal for a 'meet & greet' g2g

Hi Everyone,

If this is our first interaction, my name's Jai and I was a regular at the erstwhile Xbhp.com before the site was hacked and all the data was lost.

Like me, there are several others who were members of the 'old' xbhp.com and all of us used to ride out on a regular basis (some of us still do)...

Now, after a fair bit of time spent away due to more than one reason, I see that xBhp.com Kolkata is coming back with a BANG, and with several offline G2Gs already organised and attended by many serious members in Kolkata.

Thus, I would like to propose an Unique Offline G2G the sole purpose of which is for the current xBhpians and 'x-xBhpians' to meet and hang out so that our particular fold of bikers in Calcutta can grow and flourish even further...

Guys, I do have a few plans for what we could do, but I would like to have everyone's views and participations as well before I offer my two cents.

So fix a meeting place for this Sunday,and lets ride to some location out of city,like the Azad Hind Dhaba on NH6 or the Gudaap Dhaba on NH2.Would be fun
