Any weekday Late evening Around 8 to 9 Pm is fine... we guys can have a dinner meet...

I know not many bikers can make it but at least few bikers (Senior Bikers are very very Essential here) so that we can make and Rules and regulations, route plan for the G2G raid...

Any one of us should carry a road Map also...

Kolkata Final meetup for 24th G2G

Hi All Kolkata Xmen I have discussed with sathyajith Da. we have confirmed the Meeting today (i.e 21nd july) @ 7.30 PM at Avishar Building on Bypass after Ruby Hospital. Guys Please make sure whoever is planing for the Big KOL-BBSR G2G raid on 24th, attend this final meeting, So that we don't Need to waste time on 24th morning for briefing all the Do's and Don'ts of Raid.

who ever will not be able to join in for Today's meetup, please put your queries on forum before 6 Pm so that it can be discussed during the Meetup.

Its on EM bypass,just near the Metro shopping plex.

@svj if ur coming fron science city then it comes first "right hand side"
otherwise when u reach ruby keep going to towards science city u'll see it on the "left hand side"

@mach50 the meeting point is very uncommon, would have been better if it was somewhere in the middle like gariahat, bhawanipur, parkstreet or parkcircus cause these are places where we can have tea, smoke, eat and hangout. Avishar Building is something i have never heard off.

Meet for Grand G2G of Bhubaneswar & Kolkata

Guys,

Sorry could not log for TWO days since there was a connectivity problem in Office.

This inpromptu meet is organised in UNCOMMON point only for convenience for everyone.
Today there is ULTO RATH of ISCKON & Maha Michhil PROCESSION of MAMATA. Hence all central Roads will be congested.

Besides this will be more or less CENTRAL for everyone from BEHALA to SEC-V.

But in the long run we need to find a place along E M Byepass for the convenience of the masses.
