Guys we are in trouble, I was in chat with Ramana- BBSR he has spoken to manager of Panth Nivas, these are the out comes.
1. They have only one dorm can accommodate only 12 raiders charges
1200Rs/day
2. They have only 4 bedrooms.
3. On 25th all their rooms are booked by some school.

we will be in deep trouble if we don't react right now...
Even i tried to speak to the manager of path nivas he was not confident enough to provide me proper info He asked me to call after 30 min.

In case the rooms are not available, we can split in different nearby hotels. But the problem is bike parking. I don't think the Chandipur hotels are having proper parking lot. In that case we can park our bikes in the Panthanivas and stay in nearby hotels.

Hey Adi bhai Don't get me wrong, I Addressed Chief to you, I'm just an overexcited Newbee here.... But coming to point their are not much option that we have in chandipur, that too none other hotels are on beach shores... So i thought this hotel should be fun if the Whole gang stays their and have campfire @ night...
if we all stay separate than whats the point in G2G ....

If we Book all the available rooms right now, atleast we can get all rooms and Dorm included we can accommodate 28 raiders in one Place.

Yes, staying together is the most important thing. and the parking of the bikes also.

guys parking is a very sensituve issue here a good parking is a must or rather stay near ur bikes and spend the night at the beach campfire.

Guys, when you all were busy in the South City Mall G2G on 11^th, I had to join with few local young enthusiasts. These guys are stunt lovers and do the stunts on Indian cycle (yes, on typical Indian cycles).
However, the young guys were not so much serious regarding the safety part, I had to take the opportunity to brief them regarding head gears and all other safety gears for bi-cycles. Due to the rain and the wet surface they were not able to show me the ultimate things but what I have seen, it was enough for me to understand their capabilities.
The videos and the photos are unedited and I was not able to shoot them properly, so please excuse me. Watch out the videos, its entertaining.

Now, my planning is to invite them at Rajarhat area (we can fix the date after the Grand G2G is over) and we can enjoy their skills. They would be happy and motivated.

Bappa, they look cool stunting on their cycles,but I also think if they lose control of their cycles they would lose their balls ,bruise their elbows and knees and comfortably slam their heads...........did you notice that they are without safety gears attempting the stunts ????? Place also doesnt look safe for stunts.

Its not that only mobikers needs safety gear during stunts.

Brother Fireblah please dont give this event a miss its one of the important ones...pls try to arrange only the 24th of Saturday in this whole month for us.I know you can if you will.I also made arrangements for myself amid a lot of work.I too would be returning to my city 2 days afore the G2G...leaving the city tomorrow.Please come with us,you ride very well and cruise wonderfully with us,you can ride however you like,but please feel comfortable to join us

Yes, I have given them all the gyaan regarding use of safety gears. Lets see whether they can adopt the same or not.

Guys there is another place called SUBHAM Hotels beside the OTDC.

Not of high quality but they too have dorms and more rooms than Pantha Niwas.

In all cases the BIKEs will be left in an open uncovered place.
I went to Chandipur with my family this March-2010 by Train.

The KOL-BBSR G2G spread sheet could be very informative in this case...atleast you can have some preliminary data for the participating members,as for a full fleged database,we can organise an in-city meet after this Grand G2G and get the database structured,by working together.
