@all: sorry guys for being inactive these days. there's been a death in my family n i had a major accident last sunday, so can't ride for 2 months till puja. also mom is gonna sell the bike. so sorry guys can't meet you guys till puja.
p.s. if you guys intend to do pandal hopping sure will join but without a bike

Kolkata-Burdwan Bolt from the Blue ride

Anyway,kal abar Dhormoghot boley............Xbhp ke amar update gift

So,its expected that if a group of Kol Xbhpians,ride to Burdwan and back and have a G2G held in clandestine way........everyone else is gonna get shocked

This Saturday,Sunny Konkal rang me up,giving me the news,that a genius biker and our beloved Drvmtm is leaving for Chennai next week and for five years
So,we need to meet him,for we dont know when would be the next time we would meet him again.Now,I personally like the Doc and I dint wanted to miss him.So I decided,Lets Ride.Konkal was happy,Bappa was ready,Guitarfreak wanted to freak out on his new R15 on this single day tour and I wanted to meet this happy man before he forgets us

So,last Sunday we rode to Burdwan and Got together with Doc and Goldy aka Snigdhanshu........in a very sudden and clandestine way

About the ride,hmm.........well I was first one to reach the meeting point by 6.19am,meet-in time was 6.00am.Then Bappa joined in at 6.33am,Sunny showed his AMG head at 6.50am............ten mintues later Guitarfreak arrived.
It seemed like a boring start .....this is Xbhp Kolkata's punctuality
Then I told Guitarfreak to maintain a speed of 85Kmph-90Kmph as cruise,since he knew Doc's house and got the lead.As usual I wanted to trail.At 7.02 am we moved off and even before our bikes could warm up-we reached Gudaap dhaba around 7.49am.Sunny was the one to be amazed that this is the first time he rode like John Abraham in Dhoom Well thios phase also included a misbehaviour of a CSTC bus,honking on my back,just a foot away from my tail light and then me smoking it on a long stretch by a kilometer and signalling a F-word to driver as he passed.Then the rest of the group came by and we moved into the Dhaba.We spent about an hour at the Dhaba since we were moving too fast and called the Doc that we are going to reach Burdwan.Doc was shocked to hear that we have reached Gudaap while he was still sleeping Well he was shocked more when we reached his home while he was getting ready to leave home to receive us after the shower Well this episode had another incident of Bappa doing a marvelous maneuver in the boisterous Burdwan traffic to avoid contact with those cheap plastic dividers and myself ending up greeting a banana vendor in order to follow Bappa
After that what followed was few hours of laughing sessions and discussions about bikes,bikers and superbikes.......not to forget electricals and hair fall due to Helmet use
We were treated with lunch at Doc's place and Bappa was given a double bed to rest and he dozed off between conversations
While Guitarfreak demanded that he needed to join his band performing somewhere and he left earlier and reached home safely.
We started moving off by 3o'clock...........I had some drastic stretch riding(reached 115kmph,before running into traffic left bewildered by Goldy ) with Snigdhanshu who reached a top speed of 140kmph on light fuel load atop his Pulsar 220F while Bappa and Sunny cruised happily with the Doc at 100kmph.

Then we parted our ways at Palsit and we wishing Doc success on his endeavours and they hoping us to meet us again in ecstasy.Our return home continued which included some twisty riding on the highways,making Hero Honda Hunk go 120kmph on speedo,Sunny shutting his bike at after crossing Bally and Bappa going bonkers over a rough patch in the dark on the Belgharia Xpressway while nearing airport...................to conclude it we did some evening riding and reached home around 7.20pm.

So that was some happy go lucky ride to meet the Doc and to gain some sweet memories.

i am really happy that you guys travelled all the way from kolkatta to meet me and to show you r affection to a fellow brother, i am touched.

as before also i will not be able to this special day that was finished too soon,wth all good things finish up soon!!

me and snigdhangshu enjoyed like hell.
looking forward to spent good times like this in near future and i mean it!!

indeed it was a special day, a memorable day, we started late but reached doc's place very soon got lots of tips about bike electrical s and had a nice discussion about bikes & superbikes, allover It was a awesome day spend in a awesome way and while returning we all rode like John Abraham in Dhoom " dhoom mache ley"

doc dada yes in future we are also looking forward to spent good times like this and we also really mean it!! but after coming sunday we really going to miss you

Guys, HOT news!!!!
I had a chat with Conrad and devloped the idea of a G2G in the month of OCT'10 - 2nd week. I am also planning to involve the BBSR Guys. Conrad is very much interested for the meet, but not any response from BBSR people. It would be grand Eastern Meet.
