I am Arun from Bangalore. I want to know the best route from Bangalore to Kannur. Can anyone suggest me the route...

the best route from Bangalore would be mysore-hunsur-gonikoppa-virajpet -Kannur.
Apart from d 3-4 kms bad stretch b/w hunsur nd gonikoppa . D roads are freshly laid.

Bypass Mysore via ring road.

Bangalore to Bokaro. I need a list of pitstops in Andhra and Odisha where I can stop at a decent hotel with a rest room without having to enter any big city.

BLR - Tirupati - Nellore - Vijayawada - Vizag - Ichchapuram - Bhubaneshwar - Cuttack - Purulia - Bokaro.

Need to discuss best route between Cuttack and Purulia with you (if you have any idea) and [MENTION=57593]saquib3005[/MENTION].

I went till Bhubaneshwar last year on this route. Beyond that is unknown. Purely going with GMaps till Bokaro (as of now).

I think Ranchi route will be tedious with ghat-like zones. I feel Jamshedpur - Purulia - Bokaro will have straight-er roads. Just guessing!

If you want to go to Bokaro take the Ranchi route. The roads is very good for the most part. I went to Jamshedpur one and a half years ago the roads were horrible so I guess they are fixed by now.

Also if I may ask, why are you travelling to Bokaro?

If you want to go to Bokaro take the Ranchi route. The roads is very good for the most part. I went to Jamshedpur one and a half years ago the roads were horrible so I guess they are fixed by now.

You can bypass Ramgarh via NH23 which will lessen your trip by ~30kms, but I don't know about the road condition.

BLR - Kolar - Tirupati - Srikalahasti - Gudur - Nellore - Ongole - Vijaywada - Rajahmundry - Anakapalle (bypassing Vishakhapatnam) - Srikakulam - Ichchapuram - Brahampur - Bhubaneshwar - Cuttack - Bhadrak - Balasore - Kharagpur - Bankura - Bokaro Steel City.

kharagpur-Bankura Do drive safely on this section.this section also notorious for village people collecting tolls 😈😐
