Hi guys. Bought back my 5 yr old RTR160 with 57k on the odo after I had sold it riding the first 20k. Bought 7100 10w40 today for it. I'll start making it younger as salaries come by
Searching for a good rear tyre but everywhere they show me a Ceat tyre . I liked Zapper (C or Q dont remember) 100/90 18" when I had replaced my TVS tyres years back. Can you please help me with a shop that can give MRF tyres at a reasonable price? Any other good tyre in <3k range (can be 100/90 or 100/80 TT or TL)? I'm put up in CV Raman Nagar but can travel to the opposite corner if I get the thing I'd love.

I'm in for the Sakleshpur trip if it's on 18-20 wala weekend. I hope you guys don't cruise in triple digits on your rides. Do let me know if that's the case

You can try sapthagiri tyres (exclusive mrf dealer) near chamrajpet.. Got my rtr's rear tyre changed recently from here and they did not try to over quote or any such thing. Call them once and check about availability of the particular tyre and size you are looking for..

We are exploring the options of stay as of now and as per our conversation within the interested members. We would keep everyone posted once the accommodation is finalized and the amount that each member needs to pay to the respective SPOC.

A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

Please confirm your presence along with your steed below so that it is easier to get the exact head count while booking.

Inclusions in the package: Tent Stay, 2 meals and 1 breakfast, Adventure activities - Boating, shooting, zip lining, mud volleyball, local sightseeing.


We have spoken to Mr Dilip who is the manager for resort has been kind enough to provide us marked down price at Rs18000 for 12 members. This will come to Rs1500/head. The type of accommodation we have chosen is tent stay, each tent have a capacity of 3 members. Since the accommodation will be per tent basis rather than per head. Anyone who needs accommodation with 2 members per tent will have to bare 3 member's expense. Also, per head cost might go up if the group size goes less than 12 members.


So, it is time we start collecting the funds from confirmed members in order to make advance payment and book this accommodation. We would hence request each of the confirmed members to transfer Rs1500 to below mentioned account asap. Kindly make the transfer at the earliest as it is peak season for places in sakleshpura and getting accommodation becomes an expensive affair in the last moment.
