We have spoken to Mr Dilip who is the manager for resort has been kind enough to provide us marked down price at Rs18000 for 12 members. This will come to Rs1500/head. The type of accommodation we have chosen is tent stay, each tent have a capacity of 3 members. Since the accommodation will be per tent basis rather than per head. Anyone who needs accommodation with 2 members per tent will have to bare 3 member's expense. Also, per head cost might go up if the group size goes less than 12 members.

i see you have mentioned about 12 members. There are already 13 members confirmed and I am guessing more would be joining for the ride. Did you check with Mr. Dilip about the increase in the headcount? Also, see if it is possible to decrease the rate because if it is tent stay, it would most probably be a fixed amount for the total number of tents, in which case, increasing the heads would decrease the per head cost. Could you please verify about this? Also, I know this is late in the game, but any plans for tees this time around?

@suvra, yes sharad is in touch with the resort guy for the price and accommodation since the number of riders have increased and for the last minute entries. It was already told to the resort that we might expect more people at last minute. Regarding the tees we still have not made any plans but will be deciding in this weekend GTA..

xBhp Bangalore 18th G2G Ride

xBhp Bangalore chapter will ride from Bangalore, destination (Sakleshpur) this time, enjoy an overnight stay a midst the forest, far away from the city life. The details are as follows:

Ride Date: 19th December, 2015 (Saturday)
Ride Gathering Time:05:00 AM
Ride start time: 05:30 AM
Ride end Date: 20th December, 2015 (Sunday)
Ride end time: 10:00 PM
Ride Gathering Point: Neelamangala Toll Booth (towards Hassan)

Mandatory things: All necessary Docs like DL, RC Card, Insurance papers and Emission Control Paper.
Basic Riding gears including Helmet, Armoured Jacket, Gloves, Knee guards and Elbow Guards. Same applicable for pillions also.

A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

Please confirm your presence along with your steed below so that it is easier to get the exact head count while booking.
