Is there an option to just ride with you guys and return back instead of staying overnight?

hey santosh, sure if you do want to come back after the ride that is completely upto your discretion . however, we would like to have you stayed overnight and take part in the fun and bakar. But at the end, it is completely upto you

what an awesome bakar session! some grand leg pullings of arnab, added to some edge-of-the-seat adventure tales by Tapabrata and Sunil for their recent trips of Bhutan and Rajasthan respectively. Hoping to continue the same level of bakar at the upcoming G2G as well.

Speaking of which, below are the updates to the 19th G2G for the weekend of 6th-7th February 2016:

The ride start time and meetup point has been finalized. Please check out the full details of the G2G below (highlighted ones to be read with care, to avoid any last minute miscommunication and drama).

The accommodation has been booked keeping in mind an estimate of 15-20 members of xbhp. I would like to take this opportunity to recap the location details again. We would be staying overnight atHasiru Gudu Homestay, Kollegal (GPS coordinates: https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/...jgByYQ_BIIajAK)

Ride Meetup Point: Kanakapura-NICE Road junction (on the Kanakapura highway). GPS Coordinates: https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/...822ed1e8f489f1
Ride Meetup Date and Time: 6th February, 2016 at sharp 3PM
Ride Start Time: 3:15PM sharp after a small brief up session about some of the safety measures during the group riding.

It is indeed possible that some of us might not be able to gather at the meeting point on time. If that is the case, we would wait for another 10-15 minutes maximum after which we would start the ride and it is advised that those members would head towards the resort separately. Hence, it is very important to reach the meetup point on time. The plan is to make our first and only stop at the bridge over river Cauvery (which is in Kollegal), some 3Kms from the resort to do some photoshoot during sunset. People who are not able to join us at the meeting point would target to reach this bridge where we would eventually wait for the entire group to gather, from where we would ride to the resort.

We have also talked to the resort and made arrangement for bonfire.

A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

As of now, below is the list of confirmed riders for the 19th xBhp Bangalore G2G:

As mentioned in my earlier post, the rate of accommodation is 670/- which includes dinner + tea/snacks + breakfast. I would like to pen down the members who have already made the money transfer to my account:

When I check the meeting point in gmaps, it does not show at Nice Rd - Kanakpura Rd junction. It is further away on Mysore road.

One of my friend want to join the ride.He registered himself to xbhp and activated his account but he is not able to reply.
He got the mail that account has been activated but yo are in queue for moderation.I dont know how much time it will take.
Can you please add his name in the list ?
