Please find below the details of the upcoming Kudremukh escapade:

xBhp Bangalore 14th G2G Ride

xBhp Bangalore chapter will ride from Bangalore, destination Kudremukh this time, enjoy an overnight stay a midst the forest, far away from the city life. The details are as follows:

Ride Date: 13th December, 2014 (Saturday)
Ride start time: 04:30 AM
Ride end Date: 14th December, 2014 (Sunday)
Ride end time: 10:00 PM
Ride Gathering Point: Neelamangala Toll Booth (towards Neelamangala)

Ride Destination: Kudremukh National Park, Kudremukh
Mandatory things: All necessary Docs like DL, RC Card, Insurance papers and Emission Control Paper.
Basic Riding gears including Helmet, Armoured Jacket, Gloves, Knee guards and Elbow Guards. Same applicable for pillions also.

A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

We are in talks with the KIOCL guest house, Kudremukh for accomodation and food (Lunch, High Tea, Dinner and Breakfast) and are finalizing the same. The guest house would also arrange a campfire for us on the night of 13th December, 2014. We have worked out the rate per person with the guest house and the total amount comes out to Rs. 1225 per person. I would kindly request the confirmed riders to make the payment to the following account at the earliest so that we can confirm the booking. Please PM/message me once you have transferred the amount so that I can keep track of it.
