2 Cents:
1. Make sure you get proper entry receipts and then tell the guards at the hand-post that you would be staying in the guest house. If they say that entry receipts are not required, demand one. If not they make you run from pillar to post.
2. Avoid FFEs and loud sounding exhausts as much as possible. You will be an easy target for the forest guys. Based on their mood, they let it go. Why take chances.

No problem. You are free to join us anywhere.
If you are coming then meet us at Hassan-Belur Road juction 3hrs from our start time from Bangalore.
Regarding accommodation cost [MENTION=61921]SuvraGanguly[/MENTION] can give an estimate as he usually go there.

By the way only Bengali has loud exhaust. re bengali throw your exhaust.

I have received confirmation from the KIOCL guest house, Kudremukh that 10 rooms have been booked for us on the weekend of 13-14 December, 2014. Bonfire will also be arranged for us on the night of 13th December. However, we would still need to pay some token amount to confirm our booking to the guest house account, the details of which is yet to shared with me by the guest house. I would request the participating members to kindly cooperate and make the payment towards the booking, when requested.

P.S. I will share the account information and the amount details when I receive the same from the guest house.
