Hey guys, I just came to the city and looking for rides/meets via Xbhp. Just did a solo tour of Bhutan and Sikkim and now in the city.
Will look forward to the next meets.

Yes. 70 kms or 21 days. Don't venture out on temp plates. In case of an accident/mishap, you may be in trouble!

Ouch! Was hoping to ride to Coorg this weekend.
Guess I'll have to settle for Shoolagiriand CCD coffee then !

It was on return near Kolar, four of you overtook me. I couldn't catch up because my bike was stuttering above 60. After seeing so many riders, you guys were riding in descipline, I guessed it must be you people.

Yes we were the guys. Happy to hear that we were riding in more discipline than others.

Hey welcome to Bangalore. You'll find a very active xBhp chapter here. Meets/G2Gs mostly happen at BTM Layout, 2nd Stage. Please refer to some previous posts and you'll find the details.

Its always nice to meet and greet and specially ride along with more people just to share the brotherhood.
As said by senior members yes we do monthly(or once in 2 months) rides and also we have weekly meetups or aka Bakkar session.

Yes what he says is true, one of my friend from bangalore was caught and he paid 1000 rs to the cops in mysore for temp plates..

Shoolagiri is about 70kms and you are crossing the border into TN beaware..

Everything is under control sir. I did a test ride on NICE road yesterday. Touched 100kmph with ease.

Thanks a lot. I happened to lose my main mem card somewhere in a trek. So lost quite a few gbs of memories. I would love to meet fellow riders/bikers/tourers from this city. The place mentioned near BTM is actually not that far. I can make it. The thing is, I am concerned about my bike as its a Wb registration and I havent paid the road tax yet. Should it a be a serious concern here?

Not till a month or three. It's only one of those unfortunate days after that period, a fine can get crazily heavy. That's definitely a concern later!
