agreed to a certain extent, but the thread should be understood and be easily accessible by it name by any new member. If you click on the xBhp Offline Meets, you would see all the other G2G threads are in generic format, that is why i suggest the same for us as well

Thumbs up. Agreed, would be a good option to use a generic name as this would help riders from several cities in connecting to us. Plus a generic name seems more legit and official.

As you might have noticed that the name of our G2G thread is named as Bangalore Kadambam G2G thread. There was a time when the name of this thread was open for poll (you would see the same if you scroll up at the top of this page), but the poll ended couple of years ago, without the name getting changed to the generic format,i.e. "The Official Bangalore Offline Meet(G2G) Thread". Gone are those days when our respected seniors used to run the show and the meet used to happen in a restaurant named Kadambam, after which this thread was named after. That restaurant is no more and things have moved on, leading to the revival of this thread. I hereby suggest that we should change the name of our thread to the generic format "The Official Bangalore Offline Meet(G2G) Thread" and i would hereby require your support here as well. Do let me know if the members here are ok with this change so that the moderator can change the name of this thread.

Wow that is great bhai, I too was wondering why is this named kadambam, anyway if we don't meetup at kadambam anymore then there is no point in that name.

It should be changed to "The Official Bangalore Offline Meet(G2G) Thread" as u rightly said.

+1 from my side too, even i think the name should be changed from kadambam or whatever, to THE OFFICIAL BANGALORE OFFLINE MEET(g2g) thread. It becomes easy for newly registered people also to search for the thread. BTW [MENTION=52105]Vykier[/MENTION] bro, welcome back, dont be sad bro, you continue doing what you did till recent times, i.e rides, rides and more rides, you are born to explore and conquer places man, so keep doing that.

Photos from yesterday Kunigal Sunset Ride.

Nothing much to report here. Started the ride at 4:00 pm from Hebbal Flyover towards Tumkur, reached Kunigal lake around 6:00 pm.
Had a fun photo session as planned. We were hoping to get some nice sun set photos.
Left the place at around 6:45 pm, rode to Swathi delicacy , had a mini-dinner and left to Bangalore at aroun 7:45 pm. Reached home by 9:30 pm.
Overall a good fun ride, actually it's always fun to ride

Thanks bro... and superb decision to ride for sunset, the locale seems to have been quite conductive looking at the shots you guys got. The sun is absolutely massive. My fav shot was the calm grey water and sky after sunset... looks sublime!

@nooblet bhai... Brilliant captures. And that close up picture... your telephoto 300mm must've taken you right to the sun.

Also, very nice to see pictures where midtones have been equated to show more detail while the sun's highlight is the exposure. Neat stuff. Loved it.

We had a rocking G2G yesterday. Initially we did have a hiccup and when we reached Jaaga, we found that it was closed and we were hence forced to move the G2G to Cafe Coffee Day Lounge, Brigade Road. Below are the pictures from yesterday's G2G:

It was good to be back on saddle after getting discharged from hospital and was feeling happy to ride down to G2G destination(irrespective of initial destination getting closed).

Met Ramalochan( @ramalochan ) and Pratik( [MENTION=7626]pratik[/MENTION].gupta ) for the first time and was very happy to meet you both.
Rama bhai being so senior to us kept the whole atmosphere so quite and and comfortable that none of felt any awkwardness sitting with a senior person(others please dont go on age but yes he is senior and I give respect like this).
Good to see that Pratik is likikng the city and mostly he loving the riding/biking culture of Bangalore. Was nice to meet you bro and promise that soon the ride details will be up.

Advyth( @Vykier ) bhai it was nice to see you again happy and merrily sitting and sharing your zeal and enthusiasm. It always give excitement to talk and go on ride with you and share those emotions.
Prakash( [MENTION=46403]prakashray412[/MENTION] ) bhai as usual was quite happily observing each of us and was enjoying the laughter sessions.
Mr Tourographer aka Suvra( @SuvraGanguly ) da was busy clicking pics or I must say awkward moments, but needless to say he is good photographer and we all can see the quality of his work.
Mr bull rider Ashish( @seahorses ) kept on sharing the cruiser stories with Suvra da and Suhasa and it was nice to try brainwashing session of Suvra da just to keep his mind on cruisers.

I guess Sauban who also attended the BAKAR session first time was happy to bunk his basketball game and joining for this.
