2. A Ride Leader - A Ride Leader would be chosen at the pre-ride brief-in session.......If there is an emergency, the rider behind should be flashing the Ride Leader to make him stop.

[MENTION=57593]saquib3005[/MENTION] - Sharing my thoughts here from the rides I had done the duty of lead rider...In a scenario where the Sweep rider or half the group is not keeping up with the leader due to unknown reason/situation, anyone rider in the group can go up to the Lead Rider to stop/inform him; once done, he goes back to his riding position in the group. Flashing lights is ok, however, in an Emergency situation, it's better to inform Leader. Situations could be someone in the group wants time-out, not comfortable, sick, technical problem, fatigue, traffic and don't want even to mention other situations.

Hello fellow Bangalore xBhpians,

As you might have noticed that the name of our G2G thread is named as Bangalore Kadambam G2G thread. There was a time when the name of this thread was open for poll (you would see the same if you scroll up at the top of this page), but the poll ended couple of years ago, without the name getting changed to the generic format,i.e. "The Official Bangalore Offline Meet(G2G) Thread". Gone are those days when our respected seniors used to run the show and the meet used to happen in a restaurant named Kadambam, after which this thread was named after. That restaurant is no more and things have moved on, leading to the revival of this thread. I hereby suggest that we should change the name of our thread to the generic format "The Official Bangalore Offline Meet(G2G) Thread" and i would hereby require your support here as well. Do let me know if the members here are ok with this change so that the moderator can change the name of this thread.

agreed to a certain extent, but the thread should be understood and be easily accessible by it name by any new member. If you click on the xBhp Offline Meets, you would see all the other G2G threads are in generic format, that is why i suggest the same for us as well

The kadambam title sure doesn't have that significance that it had in the past as like you said, the place in reference doesn't exist anymore.
