Udy just confirmed now, its not an official G2G, rather very few are going. And for next month Bisle and many more are their for options so just hold up your gallops

Apologize for the OT. But since this is one of the most active threads for Bangalore, hence the question :
Could you guys please tell me, where could i buy Scoyo JK17 jacket. Would it be available at JC road?
Are there any cheaper options for a jacket or is Spartan Icarus the cheapest jacket that i can get my hands on?
Which is the best shop for buying a jacket, in JC road?
I would be doing a pretty long ride next week, hence in need of a jacket and Budget is kind of a constraint right now (3-4K). Please advise.

Scoyco JK17 - not sure if it continues to sell. An authorized seller was in Delhi some two years back and not in Bangalore.

Other option in the price range:
DSG Aero - 4999/- click - DSG Aero Jacket - 4,999.00Rs

A very trusted source reported to stay away from DSG for the next couple of months due to faulty stitch in current batch. So your best bet is Icarus, an extremely VFM product. I say, if budget is a constraint, look no further. Also there are some replicas available in cheaper rates and I don't wanna vouch for'em but the controversy about those being good still persists. Rest is your call, mate.

reaching back by 12-1pm should be tight because many of us have not visited this place earlier and we would like to spend some time exploring this place and do some photography which would take some time for sure. I am guessing we would be starting from the reserve by 12:30pm or so and it would take 1 hour easily (either you take the Tumkur road or the Airport road) back to Bangalore

reaching back by 12-1pm should be tight because many of us have not visited this place earlier and we would like to spend some time exploring this place and do some photography which would take some time for sure. I am guessing we would be starting from the reserve by 12:30pm or so and it would take 1 hour easily (either you take the Tumkur road or the Airport road) back to Bangalore

If we leave here by 6, considering 2.5 hrs of travel (if we stop for breakfast), we reach there by 9 max. I can do all the photography i want till 11pm(two hours) and shall leave by 11:15-11:30 to direct Bangalore. Is this rite or am i missing something?

Now of what i heard, it is a wide stretch of land full with offroad and there are lot of locations to sight the black buck and click some pictures. I do not know how much time we would take to do that because this is the first time I would be visiting the place..if we wrap up things early enough, well and good..we would head back towards bangalore..i am just keeping the time of 12:30pm leaving from sanctuary as the worst case incase something unplanned occurs.

Yup that's true too. Let's see how it turns out. If it's getting a bit too late, then i'll be leaving the earliest i guess. But excited in meeting new guys. It's been almost more than half a year since i went for rides. Excited!

I guess we would take 2-2.5 hours to click pics. Moreover, it would start getting hot post noon. We would target leaving by 12 or 12:30 PM max. But, return would take some time as Doddabalapur has some scenic landscapes to click too. (return)
