Thanks man, there are some terrible typos and word swaps however which i'm not proud of ... Will get to making a slightly more elaborate version of it in a day or two.

Man man man..thats a superb material with some astonishing pictures. I could not have asked for more..i am beyond words and i would love to see this stuff on the Tourer!!

man o man what a writeup, this happens when a traveller pours out his each word with passion and lot of anxiety to tour and see and love each mile of its milestone rides.

PS: Bangalore chapter is getting wild, crazy and interesting day by day with its best riders, photographers and writers. Bacha kaun hai...ooops main sirf the big time spectator :P :P

PSS: Advyth bhai aka @Vykier , best ting about your rides is that you ridden it solo. To attain the Nirvana of rides and and enjoy the quiteness inside the lid SOLO rides are best

Soloing has this incredible thing; the second day onwards I start having more fun, having gotten used to being just me and the bike, but day two means return back, thats the freakkin irony... Bangalore-Delhi mein woh mazaa tha, wake up every morning to go further away... I LOVE that feeling bhai ... I wonder what experiences our Hero Col Saab must be going through... wish to someday be able to do something similar... hum honge kaamiyaab ek din

I've got the gloves and the knee guards but looks like it's time to save for the jacket. Still a student you see. No rides till i get a jacket i guess. And i can get it only after april

When most of the people here were cuddling with their pillows on this REPUBLIC DAY, Me and @seahorses A.K.A Ashish bhai were gearing up for some adrenaline pumping action. That's how our REPUBLIC RIDE happened. Brief intro of how and when it started - I was going thru mid-week crisis w.r.t work and its related head bangs and that is when i receive a call from Ashish bhai saying, how about a quick burst to Ooty???. Even before he could utter any further, I said a big YES and why wouldn't I??!!!. ABOUT OUR RIDES: 1) She has a wholesome body lines that will make any man go weak on his knees, she thumps every beat so hard that your heart will reverberate with high resonance. She is THE THUMPER or more known as THE BULL (500cc of pure sound track). Tamed by Ashish
2) She is hot, she is sexy, she has an eye catching figure, she makes all boys drool and leave them wanting more and a temper to that of a true hooligan. She is the TEMPTRESS MISTRESS (The D390 ). Me the one keeping her temper at bay
As they say, “It sometimes takes full tank of fuel before you could think straight”. I can closely relate this to our ride. Decided to head towards Ooty, changed to Chikmagalore and finally ended up doing Banaglore-Hassan-Channarayapatna-Krishnarajpet-Srirangapatna-Mandya-Bangalore...All routes decided on the spot, while riding..!!!. Over all Kms covered was 587 with an average speed of 90+ and me sometimes picking on the fastest 4 wheeler on highways only to leave them trying to sniff my exhaust fumes. While returning we even ended tailing a Honda Dio for the reason that is best known to me and bhai . Return ride was an absolute hoot like always. The extravaganza will be taken forward with some drool worthy clicks from Ashish bhai.

Bharath magaa... one thing is for sure... if i ever go for something green and large in the future, then i'm gonna ask you for getting me a deal... ... anyway guru... tumba modest, i've seen you handle that machine like both of you are one item ... and thats the height to which a rider can go so I know you RIDE hard... oh and I can imagine you guys scaring innocent luna riders on road with that stormability... especially with [MENTION=48446]seahorses[/MENTION] 's Goldstar exhaust . Missed the fun this time man... Desperately wanted to join up with you guys at Chikmagalur when that plan was bouncing around... the Replublic day ride was one such thing wasn't it... immediate plans and changes but as far as people like us have a piece of the road... we're fine... alwa..

Well on the gear part, yes very import and life saving, a friend busa in delhi was T boned lat weekend and armoured jacket and gloves were what save him from a cracked knuckles and and elbow fracture. Luckly for him he was getting off a green light from stop when a wise @55 activa decided to over take him cos he is a slow rider.

Knee guards very important am sure he would have cracked one if he wasnt wearing one.

If you dont have budget for basic gear stay at home take some time out finish your shopping and come for the rides..

I have seen you ride that D390, you're almost alien like when you ride it.
Riding back from Horsley hills, you had completely hunkered down on the fuel tank and you overtook everything ahead of you!!!
Watching you over take vehicles is a pure joy, I can't imaging how [MENTION=48446]seahorses[/MENTION] must have enjoyed when you overtook those fast cars also the expression on the face of those drivers would have been click-worthy
