Get FF350. This is a worldwide issue and you can be a prey at Megha, Helmet's Paradise or Lets Gear Up! Thought of making you and others aware.

Surprisingly, the Helmet Paradise guy is aware of the situation and does recommend the FF350 itself, but again that could be due to higher margins and bhai LGU, doesn't sell LS2 AFAIK

The only reason why i was doubting of being cheated was that the tint used to vanish within a month and a half. And the glass turns transparent within 2 months. I had a doubt if they were genuine until someone pointed out that visors for cross are of low quality and advised to switch over to LS2 helmets. Switching helmets for just the visor issue seemed kinda foolish to me.. .

Well I doubt on such things happening as I have known people and personally I have never seen happening such things. I have been using my CROSS helmet from over 2 years and have never faced such problem. Inspite there are scratches on my visor but the tint is still perfect and it services perfectly fine even in low daylight. Rather mny new set of visors are still kept packed with me from over a 6 month and I dont find any reason to change it.

But now that the helmet is old and the visor keeps closing itself whenever i hit high speeds or go on a hump, i guess it's time to change to LS2

Yes helmets do become old but the visor coming down always on every hook and bumps you encounter then its all because of your way of usage. More frequently you keep on flapping it easily and sooner it will wear out.
You can do one thing by changing the lock set of visor as they are also detachable by nut and screw.

Moreover going for LS2 over CROSS....ummmm from my personal experience I will never go for such change rather CROSS quality is better than LS2.
PS: this is after my own personal experiences and not necessary to be accepted by others.

Nahi bhai, my pillion wants to see SBKs in person! I took her to Belur Cross once and Kolar the other time. On both occassions she was unlucky. Not a single SBK at those places!
Hence, I want to ask if our own SBKs are rolling or not.

Well if that's the case then guess ill stay with this helmet. Had planned of changing it today but let me change the lock set on the helmet and get a new visor. If the tint wears off again, guess ill have no choise but to change the helmet.
Btw from where did you buy the visor from?
