Since it has rained, Shivanasamudra might not be a good option to get into.
From Shivanasamudra, talakad is close by, water there usually is shallow, but since it has rained, again, need to be careful.

But definitely if you want to play in water Talakad might be a better option.

Also on the way back you can go to Muthathi also, the ride is excellent there. Been there during summer, and all the dried out trees, give a horror film feel to it. Definitely worth a visit in this season.

Nah! Nothing to write about just a 'commute' ride with just two 12 Hour riding days covering 1250kms.

The return ride would be ultra boring via the GQ :/

We have done shivasamudra just 2 months back but as mentioned above the prospect of a busa, the 650 and the lovely company of our fellow xbhpians has put me in a confused state! Wanted to save a sunday for socializing with non rider friends [].

So cannot confirm my participation but will try to meet you guys at the starting point if I could make it. Mayank is returning on 10th evening itself so he cant make it. This time ill make sure he makes an appearance on the forum.

I am in for the G2G on whatever place on saturday evening. This time ill try to be there on time.

Yes well, mostly dont do group rides because my 'khatara' can't keep up with your new age bikes
