Is the safety gear mandatory? I have basic helmet, jacket, gloves, don't yet have the guards was hoping to meet the enthusiasts to get advice on what to buy

I guess that would be fine. I myself am on the lookout for new guards and will not have them tomorrow. Let's both decide we have them by the next ride :thumbup:

Bad news guys
Just went ahead to tank up and lube the bike. Noticed that the rear Tyre is worn from the 1000km ride last weekend which I didn't notice earlier. The whitish threads visible partially along the centre of the rear Tyre. I wouldn't want to risk riding a worn our Tyre.

Will come in the car and meet everyone in the morning. And if its ok will drive along.

The whole kengeri has 3 vet clinics and none of them open today. So I tried my level best to clean up wounds and dressing it up. Just hope he be alive for the next 24 hours and show some activity. I'll be bit relieved that he will get better.

i appreciate your effort here bro..but would really love if you could bring your steed along with you . I believe this ride is hardly 200 odd kms and your worn out tyres should do the job for you i feel (again, depends on how bad the tyres are). Its about the fun of riding together and would love if you are part of that fun
