• Which is the best service center for Yamaha FZS near Indiranagar, Bangalore

I got my bike 3 weeks ago and I am due for first service on the 19th of this month. Can you suggest a good service center near indiranagar? I got the bike from Panache enterprises, but online, a lot of bad reviews are posted about their service. I am willing to take my bike to a father place in Bangalore if the service center is good.

I only clocked around 250KM till date. WOuld I need to change engine oil at this time? Based on what I have read, you don't need to. But since it's the first service, do you suggest I change it?

The engine gets heated pretty fast and the bike, when I leave the handle does not go in a straight line. Is that normal with FZS or does there seems to be a problem?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Nice ride fellas!!

Could not make it to the last ride and G2G due to prevailing insane laziness and shocking news all round. Our fellow rider RacingInstinct (a.k.a. mayank) for example went home to celebrate diwali, but was caught and engaged.

Need a RX 135 Carburetor

A friend bought a worn out RX 135 and started rebuilding it. At the time he had used a RX 100 carburetor. After nearly one year of usage he is experiencing power and mileage loss and blaming the carburetor. So if anyone has any idea where he can find a RX 135 carburetor kindly post a reply or PM me.

TIA

Try and post in FZ ownership thread - http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/motorcyc...fz-s-1891.html
Go by the books for run-in and you don't need to change engine oil at this juncture. The handle bar needs to be aligned 'cause that ain't normal in FZs/16. Orion motors in Koramangala is decent but recently members have suggested Sprint yamaha in Hosur road for better service. I wouldn't suggest Pacer yamaha in hebbal. I have not tried others but maybe other members can help.

nooblet - awesome pictures, mate! Carrying all that gear does pay after all. I hope your shoulders are fairing well now and 'hope to see you soon - was a pleasure ridin' with ya!
