One small query: I do not own knee guards and would be hard to procure before the coming sunday. Any solutions?

1 cent suggestion for this, always ride wearing a good quality denim pants or material which can easily protect you from abrasion, burn and small injuries.
And when you are not wearing knee guards just control your cornering desires for sometime :P :P
Seems it would be your first ride(point me if I am wrong), so hopefully from second time you would be showing others your knee guards as well

Helmet gloves and jackets are cool... guards don't have them at present. And are girls joining?

Irrespective gender and age, only one hard and fast self explanatory rule is applied, follow the traffic rules and respect the machine and fellow passers by on road with you.
Anyone joining as pillion also implies the same mandatory things for safety which chaosaddict has mentioned for riders.
Do stick with it.

Is there some riding rules or we all do free style as all our bikes give a different output and grunt...

Excuse me for this , but there is no free style riding as such even though you are free to ride anywhere anytime with anyone.
Just remember that you are part of a group and so you have to be smart enough to be part of the group and just follow the same riding sense which other group members are also following.
Definitely everyone has differnet bikes with different specs but a group ride makes only sense when you are riding together with comprehension to all types of bikes along.
So adding to Divya's suggestions:
1) listen to the suggestions/instructions shared before the start of ride and do contribute if you want to add in.
2) fuel up tank a night before in order to avoid any random delays.
3) follow some rules usually used in time of group riding.
4) carry all documents
5) use of protective gears always.
6) NO STUNTING/SHOWOFF PLEASE.
7) just have a smart sense of riding with others.

If this doesnt cause any problem while riding, i am in for one.

Parking: there is a paid parking lot right after the BP fuel station when one comes via richmond road

Whoa,, how didya get my alias fonts correct?? Timing is 4.45 am sharp from NICE junction, kanakpura road and do not worry much about photos; we've got Suvra and hopefully Mr. Nooblet will make it. Besides, I and Snehith will carry our PnS!

Queries about freestyle was because of different bikes and I have seen few bike groups just riding freestyle and after questioning them they said its fun too. So just wanted to know what we are up to. But I feel group ride is better as we have discipline and we could spread awareness as well... and mainly looks good too

Airlines hotel is best place and let's meet up there if you all are OK with it. Mainly parking is safe. Its off course paid. There would be lot of young people around too... snacks and tea coffee is not that costly either.
