Ride Meetup Date and Time: 6th February, 2016 at sharp 3PM
Ride Start Time: 3:15PM sharp after a small brief up session about some of the safety measures during the group riding.
It is indeed possible that some of us might not be able to gather at the meeting point on time. If that is the case, we would wait for another 10-15 minutes maximum after which we would start the ride and it is advised that those members would head towards the resort separately. Hence, it is very important to reach the meetup point on time. The plan is to make our first and only stop at the bridge over river Cauvery (which is in Kollegal), some 3Kms from the resort to do some photoshoot during sunset. People who are not able to join us at the meeting point would target to reach this bridge where we would eventually wait for the entire group to gather, from where we would ride to the resort.
We have also talked to the resort and made arrangement for bonfire.
A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

As mentioned in my earlier post, the rate of accommodation is 670/- which includes dinner + tea/snacks + breakfast. I would like to pen down the members who have already made the money transfer to my account:
