Hi ,
Shrikanth here from bangalore. I own a 2012 Apache RTR 160 . almost 2 1/2 years old now . brilliant bike. everything was fine until recently had to change the chain sprockets because of a stupid mechanic in the service center who loosened the chain tension to insane amounts. After my numerous runs to many tvs service centers here in bangalore i have come to the conclusion that no soul knows to rectify a problem properly here, They are only fit to do general checkups and change oil n filters . I have this problem with the front disk brakes . It pulses whenever i hold it down like a disk brake with ABS would do. But i do not have ABS in my bike. this is scary when travelling at high speeds on highways when the bike jumps like a kangaroo when the front brakes are engaged. I went to many service stations and asked so many times to identify and rectify the cause of this problem. all i got was a hole in the pocket.. they made me change the disk plate saying it was bent, then the brake pads. and still the problem continues. had been to the service station yesterday and surprisingly the guy says my new disk plate which was installed by them self is bent again ... i couldnt help but laugh on their face
.. thats it no more tvs service centers.. mororns dont know head from tail. PLEASE SUGGEST ME A GOOD MECHANIC WHO DOES QUALITY JOB EVEN IF CHARGED MORE IN BANGALORE

. but yes, it is indeed a very nice initiative bro. The sole purpose of this initiative is to get to know the group well because the toughest part of this ride is that we would be on a dead straight road for hours and hence knowing the group and the style of each rider, communication between us during this stretch is going to be very very important because we need to make sure no one is left behind or uncomfortable during the entire stretch. Another important thing to note out here is that we need to come up with a plan in case we do not wish to cover the entire stretch from Bangalore to the ISG2G destination in a day (I am not saying it is impossible but we need to take into account the views of every rider who would be joining us, if at all they are comfortable riding the entire 700 KM+ in a day).
