Update to the upcoming G2G ride.

xBhp Bangalore 19th G2G Ride

xBhp Bangalore chapter will be riding for an overnite stay, the destination this time is Hasiru Gudu Homestay, Kollegal. Nestled far from the concrete walls of the city and on the banks of Kaveri river, this homestay offers perfect time out from our busy weekday schedule. Some splendid times spent in the past by some of our members has cemented this location and all thanks to them for the suggestion!

Ride start Date: 06th February, 2016 (Saturday)
Ride end Date: 07th February, 2016 (Sunday)

A word of utmost caution/importance: Please be on time.
Also please Fill up the tank a day before, before going to sleep.
Those who have ridden with us earlier are strictly instructed to be in compete riding gears, else you will be asked to continue your own ride. People joining for the first time and are not having proper riding gear they are advised to have proper helmet, a thick jacket, proper denim jeans, shoes.
No rash riding will be tolerated and everyone has to follow the group riding etiquette.

Please find below the details of the accommodation as discussed with the manager of the homestay:
The rate per head is Rs. 670/- which includes stay + Dinner (includes both Veg as well as Non-Veg), Breakfast next day as well as Coffee/Tea + snacks. We are also in talks with the manager to see if he can arrange for a bonfire in the evening.

To confirm our booking, we would need to pay an advance amount of 4000/- to the homestay and we would hence like the interested members to kindly start transferring the amount to the below mentioned Account Number:

The accommodation has been booked keeping in mind an estimate of 15-20 members of xbhp. I would like to take this opportunity to recap the location details again. I am also planning to be part of this G2G and ride with you. I talked with Surva also and will try to come weekly meeting.
Is there an option to just ride with you guys and return back instead of staying overnight?
