To the members who are joining us for the GTA sessions, kindly note that we would be gathering opposite to Esteem mall, Hebbal from 6:30 pm, this Sunday. The gathering window is from 6:30pm till 7pm (keeping in mind the lot of traffic we have on the airport road) after which we would continue towards IPC. Incase there is a lot of crowd at IPC, we would move towards the Tribal Cafe.

Re: The Official Bangalore Offline Meet (G2G) Thread
Thank you each and everyone who made it to the Bakar session yesterday. It was a short and sweet ride to Hills Drive cafe and was an evening well spent! As expected, there was no space available for the group (there were approx. 20 of us who came for the bakar session yesterday) so we decided to shift the session somewhere else. Thank you Divya for understanding the situation and join us at the Hills Drive cafe
. The environment was perfect for bakar with nandi hills at our background and star studded sky above us. I guess the only thing missing was a bonfire. The food ordered was tasty as well.
It was really nice to see some new members joining us and gel well with the group. Some of the members had to leave early because of early commitments/office on Monday but the rest carried on. We had a nice introductory session from everybody which only showed the love for bikes and passion for travelling and exploring places. Hoping to have more such meets in the near future.
Members who have clicked pictures, request you to kindly share them in the forum
. Once again, thanks and ride safe!

Can I propose to have the future meetings to be arranged on Saturday/Sunday morning/s? I missed this one as I have to wake up early the next day and need to sleep before 9 like a good boy.Originally posted by SuvraGanguly View PostThank you each and everyone who made it to the Bakar session yesterday. Sunday evenings or night is a no go for me and some, as I have early morning work and can't afford to stay up late on a sunday evening/night.
PS: I see a lot of bikers on Nandi hills or on the same road on saturday/sunday mornings. Early morning rides and tea at the hill top or somewhere near will be nice and then you have the whole day to do the saturday/sunday choresHero Honda Splendor (June 2001- Present)

Re: The Official Bangalore Offline Meet (G2G) Thread
Firstly, if i remember correctly, last week when this plan was published, there was a reply from you mentioning that you would be coming to the meetup. so, the assumption is that you went through the timings of the ride, meetup points etc. If that is not the case, then do let us know how we can be clearer in the near future. Secondly, Saturday/Sunday mornings are mostly reserved for rides and not meetups. These meetups have been happening since last couple of years on Saturday evening. Due to some unavoidable circumstance, the meetup did not occur last weekend, hence after discussing among ourselves, a Sunday evening meetup was planned. Again, considering this as a meetup and not ride, we do it normally within the city and not on the outskirts. It is really nice of you to sleep before 9 like a good boy, and I understand that Sunday evenings or nights are a no go for you, but as i mentioned before (and repeatedly), we happen to have these meet ups on Saturday and not Sunday. This was a one off case keeping in mind a lot of things. There is always next time and I am sure you would join us in the next bakar session. There is also a ride which would be planned out shortly (and this would be on a morning of either Saturday/Sunday) and you might plan to attend that as well. More to come on that.Originally posted by Gollum View PostCan I propose to have the future meetings to be arranged on Saturday/Sunday morning/s? Re: The Official Bangalore Offline Meet (G2G) Thread
GTA always happens on saturday evening between 6;30-9;30 pm within city limits so that its easy for all to attend, this time since most of them wanted to have a short ride aswell the place was decided on outskirts. Do keep a tap here for the next gta updates...Originally posted by Gollum View PostCan I propose to have the future meetings to be arranged on Saturday/Sunday morning/s?
