Hi Guy's... Next weekend have a plan to do Goa.. Need to know if it would be a wise decision to have a stop at Hosur or somewhere near Tumkur then carry on the next day...

Please note will be starting by afternoon from Chennai. Will be riding with my better half, so if u have a place to suggest for stay most welcome... Thanks in advance..

there are 4 tansi honda in bangalore
best is varthur road. sometimes it take time to service because of work load but karthik is best hona mechanic in india. he got gold medal in all india honda technician.

1. If you want to just spend the night and nothing else, i would suggest you to stay at Hosur, like Hotel Yasodha Towers.You can start early to Goa.
2. You can/want to spend some more money and luxurious stay, then you can plan it at Electronic City, like hotel Oyster Inn.

I would not suggest you to go further into Bangalore than electronic city as it will be easy for you to take NICE road in the morning to cover some distance in good speed.

The Tornado 302 is available at dealerships here? And why'd you scrap the Benellis?

Regarding scraping Benellis, no offense to owners, but i read in multiple forums that there are lot of reliability issues with their bikes. When you spend north of 3L, expecting rock solid reliability is not big ask. To add to it, I believe that no manufacturer can match Japs in engine/turning/quality control.

By the way I will be taking my Ninja 300 Special Edition coming Monday 11th July , just cant wait to swing my legs around it

As per sales advisor, there are only three changes in Indian spec Ninja 300 Special edition compared to earlier version:
1) Fine Turned Engine
2) Better Breaks - No ABS though
3) DRL

I also found we can not start Ninja when side stand is on, don't know if this feature was there in previous versions.

Just a point from my side, DRLs were coming from earlier Ninja 300 version, so nothing new about it but for other two points can't comment as I haven't rode that special edition ninja 300 although others say it's just a color and graphics update.

Hi tranquilizer, you may even try mrf meteor of same size. You will get it in any mrf authorized stores. If you want in JC road go to Tyre mark. They are the cheapest and best I found.

Thanks for the update.. i still am skeptical and let me try searching it once at Delhi, Karol Bagh and see if i get a luck on it.. else i might have to go for the MRF.
