How about splitting up 2 groups ( Fast & Slow)? I recommend 2-3 splits of groups.Each should start with a gap of 10-15 mins.and let the first group consist of the faster riders in order to maintain distance.50riders together will be a nuisance to the public and very unsafe.Smoke rubber,not tobacco.

so we will be having around 15 people in one group
starting the group with a gap of 15 minutes is good but if the faster group goes first then wont there be a big lafg between the slower ones
