@Praveen and swaroop: Yesterday I called Mr.Biju,Vagamon for cofirming the lunch party..he will convey the cost per head today...By the way can you talk with him once more? He is quoted buffet inbetween 175 to 200 per head. It seems a little bit high but naturally it is a hill station and he said he have conference hall too..so try and bargain the cost

if all the riders were a bit more familiar with our style of riding,things would have been easier.Since there are alot of newbies,we cant just leave them unattended.Maybe we should just ride in two groups,one from tvm and the other from cochin.this way,we can save time and avoid confusion when we all meet up at changanashery.

Also in our G2G meeting we have decided that TVM gets up @ 3 30 & will start exactly @

4 AM from Kesavadasapuram.

5 AM Kottarakara

6 30 AM Changanassery.

We are having less trafic and we may run in quite early also.

So requesting the teams that joins the ride from trivandrum ie kollam pathanamthitta xbhpians.. can be at the respective pickup points 15..30 mins before the time specified.

Hope we will be having a joyfull ride..!!!

By the time everyone reach Changanaserry everyone will be familiarized with the riding habits

So can we divide into groups say
1.One
2.Two
3.Three
Allot the members list in such a way that we have 50% Seniors and rest 50% Juniors in this way you can also monitor the groups
Prepare the list before ride and after reaching Changanaserry arrange according to the list

No. I can join kollam guys either at tiruvalla 9 km before changanassery or at changanassery..
Timings for that points would be helpful, as most probably i will be riding solo till there.

I dint recommend to split the group based on seniority.but based on pace.
we have slow-experienced-seniors too right?

and we jst need 4--5 of them to lead and sweep group 2 & 3.and also some of the newbies arent exactly new to riding.they have some KM's under their belt
and with you running-in-you have been kindly allotted to group 3 :P

well i might roll in on the R15.Delivery of the ninja is still very much doubtful.

Then we dont need to wait!?the reason why we are suggesting a split is to avaoid public nuisance.How will the public traffic move abt/overtake with 50 bikes in a row?we wont be able to even stop anywhere together.

From our past experiences, this is a non-issue. This so called "one" group will automatically split up.

so the cochin guys are taking the nh 47...

i'll be taking the muvattupuzha- pala route (Mc road). last time i went, the roads where pretty good and it saves about 30-40 kms i guess. will be doing a solo trip to vagamon tomorrow or the day after it to assess the roads again. expecting it to be good.

We were not entertaining just-for-ride registrations. Already stopped many from doing so. Ask seniors before doing so.
