    @Dileep: I just sent a mail to you..Please check. One of my old friend Mr. Varun sumadev is confirmed for the vagamon ride. he is staying at kesavadasapuram and own a P220 dtsfi. Please add him to the confirmed list. He is coming with a pillion too. His mail id is Varun Sumedhan" <[email protected]> He is also an XBhp member but not active. I said him to post these threads soon.

            @ Dilip, Post the confirmed as well as tentative riders list.

            Dear Tentative riders, you have got till Friday afternoon to confirm your participation.

            Changes in the route-

            @ Changanasherry - Cochin & Trivandrum riders will be joining and start the ride to Wagamon via Mundakayam-Kuttikanam. At first we will be sticking to Parunthumpara, later then to Wagamon. About the food expenses, we will be post it by tomorrow.

                  Swaroop has given 2 options for our Lunch plan
                  1.Summer Sand Hill Resort-225/head with good parking space.

                  2.There is a local Hotel-180/head-but no parking-only road side

                  Both paces have Meals with fish/chicken curry

                  So what do you all think?Let it your thoughts by today evening.

                    I would be more happy if the lunch and breakfast together costed 225. 225rs just for lunch isn't that a bit too much

                        IMO the one with Parking facility will be better. We can give our Noble Steeds a good place to rest
                        but will there be enough space for 50 Bikes? as there will be other Vehicles too...

                            The 225 lunch package comes with added advantage of a big dining hall for all to eat together and parking space for 50 bikes. Since it's a remote hilly area, not much vendors capable of serving such a big group.


                            To get a heart attack try eating at KTDC hotel in Ponmudi and everyone will agree 225 will be cheap

                              Vagamon riders: Please hand over Rs 225/- to group leaders in your location for the lunch expense at Vagamon...We know,this is really a little expensive but no other way because this place have only the parking space and a lunch hall. And this rate is because of tourist place especially in a hilly area. We have to give a small advance to the hotel so kindly confirm your approval and please hand over the money before afternoon tomorrow. Hope you all know about the situation..if you have any suggestion please do post Only 3 days to go
