Just getting curious.. Praful bhai.. did u.. by any chance, get yourself a car?

Coz 65 days is a long time to survive without a bike..

Edit:

Query Guys!!

My bike is giving a tak-tak sound between 3.7k to 4.5k RPM from rear fairing / somewhere below the seat (not able to figure out.) Its not the fairing vibes. any clues on what it could be?

P.S.: It wasnt rectified in 4th service even though the PBK ppl were told about it.

Let me guess. Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.
What did u do? What did u change?

Did u check the brake light? Its mounts break & vibrate whenever revved hard or when going on bumps.

My bike:

1. Changed the front tyre to R15's Zapper FY 80/90.. The handling is brilliant but funny now. The bike goes straight if the handle is straight. During turns or small bends the front feels heavy & the bike tends to lean by itself. The front tyre grip is mindblowing!! My P220 is now the safer 220 (Sirac + R15 rubber). Also the big rear & small front combo actually looks cool.
Unfortunately the R15 tyre already got a puncture.

2. With the Sirac & stock worn out tyre, showed a speedo indicated 137 at 8900rpm. Pathetic roll on times & acceleration. But its effect is being canceled due to more mileage. Dint get the road to test the top speed.

3. Coming to the engine. The misfiring at lower revs is still there. The head throws oil onto the right plug. The plugs shows the mixture to be in between the leaner mixture & optimum mixture. Getting a mileage of over 40 for sure. Not sure of the numbers, courtesy no speedo.

4. The speedo console's display is officially cracked.

I took it to PBK this morning, turns out it was the starter clutch.. (That is probably why the sound was coming from "Below the Seat i.e. engine DUH!")

Anyways The bike is still in PBK.. will be returned by 4pm. Lets see if they diagnosed it right...

Edit:
Finally got the bike back. It had tools from the toolkit stuck near the crankcase which were vibrating and making all the funny noises. (Apart from the broken starter clutch.) What happened was, due to bad quality (rusted) press-fit button on the tool-kit case, it did not close properly, and all the tools came out of the toolkit and got stuck all the down way near the front sprocket. God forbid if any of that would have reached the chain, I would have been dead meat!!

P.S.: I had told PBK people about all these noises in 4th free service (which happened barely 1 week back.) but nothing was done about it back then. The stuck tools diagnosis was made by my Dentist friend post delivery during trial. They still hadn't figured out where the noises were coming from.

Finally, Query: How loud is the noise from the front shocker when the Cone set (which is supposed to get worn-out by 8k) goes bad. There was some tik tik noise, but very little.

i'm using the sirac for the past 8,000 kms with out the tube.

but need to check the tyre pressure every 200 kms , tyre pressure is decreasing very quickly , and i checked it in tyre care center , there are lot of stapler pins , small small pins , sticking with the tyre .
