@bunny:Is it possible to remove the fairing and throw it away and still keep the headlight intact,a'la the old zma.

With due respect to p220 and ZMR:

Just coz a bike is faster to 100km/h then the other bike doesnt always mean it is a better bike. When i spoke to the HH officials, even they seemed least bothered about figures. They want to make an overall good bike and thats a good point you see. Even if the ZMR is not able to beat the P220, it wont mean its not a good bike. Or if it does, that wont mean the P220 is a bad bike.

Plus ofcourse, we have yet to test the bike completely here in Pune. for that, u will have to wait for the November issue
Bunny Bhai, i OWE you one for that..

I am no hurry to buy the bike, want to see it and ride it to see, what all does it have in its capabilities!

Looking forward to November's Issue.

P.S: If BikeIndia's sale goes up these two months, the major role played will be by you ,and you shall be provided some royalty for it..

but u cant keep thez new light with the old fairing..i wont fit, even the new instrument display should fit with the old fairing

Thanks for the report Ken.

Pics are better but I still didn't liked the looks. Maybe it's the pics but the fairing looks out of place and the rear looks too flimsy(read HH Extreme type). Sorry, but I am not liking it any bit. Not the design nor the tech specs. Yeah the only thing that impressed me is the console. The white color scheme looks straight from Busa. Even the ZMA sticker resembles the Hayabusa sign.

Anyways, I would definitely want to see this bike in flesh, ride it and like it.

One important thing..
The ZMR has a contact less speed sensor. With my test equipment strapped on, at 60km/h as per the speedometer, my test equipment showed 59.3 km/h.

So, if your ZMR ends up showing only 125-128km/h, dont worry, it will be equivalent to around 135 as per the ZMA's speedometer

I refrained from making comments on earlier threads where the ZMR was literally raped. Now with these better pictures, the ZMR's looking much better, and I feel it'll even be better in the flesh. I have a feeling there may be lots of people who will be eating their own words.

I am already thinking what else can be sourced from ZMR to ZMA .
