Default R15/zmr/Ninja 250

Hello all,

First of all i am sorry if i am comparing r15 and zmr with the Ninja. But i am in a peculiar situation and need all the help that i can get.

I am planning to buy a bike by feb 2010. But am dead confused what to go for. I have previously owned p180, kzma premium sports and recently sold my karizma r. Having used karizma for so long am not too keen on the zmr. R15 is tempting especially with the kit. I have 1 lakh 20,000 with me in cash. I have done enogh of touring and am not so keen on highway trips no more. I need something faster, zippier and cheer performer. I am not too sure of the financing bit of ninja....is it wise to make downpaymnt of what i have in hand and finance it or jus get r15 with no loan on my head. Please help . Thank you

No idea abt the Ninja 250 but my personal experience is that u can't be happy with an R15 after getting habituated to the torque of ZMA

I have mentioned the affordabilty situation at the start of the thread. 1,20,000 in hand. So looking at it, what do i do.

good and bad
Ninja 250
Good points
- will head turner anyday,
- since its rolling in limited volume u will alwys feel special atleast for an year
- 250 cc of course

Bad points
will be an issue if you using for daily routine
- parking probs in public place, people tickling with ur bike in ur absense
- price factor in compare to R15
-low ground clearance - be litle careful

R15
Good points
- practical
- no emis as you already hve money in pocket
- buy new color,

Bad points
- common

ZMR
sorry am not a big fan, cant relate me with a bike from hero honda
but yes it has good looks for sure

get the Ninja 250 financed , Zma to r15 is not too much of a power upgrade.
