Hi Jagadeesh, Welcome to XBhp. You've narrowed in on two good bikes. Going by your requirements I think RTR suits your bill but you'll get the same in a P220 at less vibrations ! RTR is more agressive, nimbler so if you are talking about just city rides then RTR is the bike (Of Course you can also tour). If you want to tour often along with city rides go for the P220. Good luck !

Well , on the highway , the 220 will make you smile everytime you overtake ..
There is no big difference in acceleration of stock rtr180 , p220 and r15 till about 60kmph so if youre a city rider , the apache will do the job and its a lot smaller so its easier to flick around and zip. But the added 40 cc of the 220 shows when you make high speed overtakes ( as in , 90 - 130kmph ) is simply awesome. If you can live with the 220's bulk and not soo easy handling , then you can consider it .. And the refinement may not be excellent , but the engine is really smooth once you finish about 5k kms and pour in ss oil .. Its a joy to ride and eve better to cruise at 3 digit speeds

i am gonna choose the ABS because i need a bit of everything(mileage, performance, pickup) but i heard that 220 does not give a good mileage !what about the apache's mileage in city if ridden sanely?
