Community and brotherhood have always been a core part of xBhp. We take a lot of pride in the community that we have built over the years. In the more than two decades that xBhp has existed, we have ridden around India and organised countless meetups and events to promote camaraderie amongst bikers all around India. So whenever we get an invite to a community event, we rarely pass up the opportunity.

Recently, we were invited to another such meetup. Riders Fest 6.0. It was organised in Neemrana. As we had around 150 km between the xBhp HQ and the venue, we thought that it could also serve as a perfect weekend getaway. We have been doing a fair bit with our Mahindra BE 6, but this little roadtrip seemed like a great excuse to have some fun with the BE 6.

So, we left early morning on a Sunday with our BE 6 almost fully charged. We have been waxing lyrical about how great a car the BE 6 is, but this little roadtrip showed us that this car is truly special. Since it was a Sunday morning, the traffic was sparse, so we navigated the urban confines with relative ease and reached the highway before long. The ride quality was superb, and the cabin is spacious and comfortable, so the miles went by without a hitch.

The motor, too, is pure magic with dollops of torque available throughout the band. The drive was spirited since, well, why not? If you have a capable car and if you find a suitable stretch, it is okay to have some fun. All that said, it was still within the confines of the traffic law, so while we did not turn the highway into a racetrack, we had fun… responsibly so.

With picture breaks in between and all that, we made our way to Neemrana in less than three hours. Considering the distance, that is not bad at all. And we still had around 40% of battery remaining. Still, we had plans after the event as well, so we let our BE 6 gather some electrons while we enjoyed our time at the event.

Riders Fest 6.0 was organised at the Manohar Villas in Neemrana with a dedicated stall for xBhp at the venue. The event started with a warm welcome over some snacks and tons of conversations between like-minded individuals. After all, this is what the event was aimed at: bringing motorcyclists together.

There were a lot of fun activities for the riders to take part in as well. A trail track, slow race, music, dance, and everything else that comes with the territory. The rider turnout was quite significant, and as the day progressed, the venue was buzzing with the sounds of engines and conversations. Overall, we had a great time at the event, and after finishing up there, it was time for us to move on.
By the time the event was concluded, our BE 6 was around 85% charged, and since we knew the kind of range it was capable of, we decided to explore a little. After all, if you visit Neemrana and skip the fort, what’s the point? The streets around the fort are a little narrow, and there was gradient in the road as well. But the BE 6, despite its spacious cabin, is quite easy to manoeuvre even in tight spaces.

Moreover, the car just has torque for days. Climbs came as easily as breathing, and on the declines, too, it was easy to control. After a few more photos and exploring this quaint little town a bit more, we decided to call it a day and head back. The return journey was just as smooth, and we made it to Delhi with around 30% battery remaining.

The takeaway is, whenever you get a chance to attend a community event like the Riders Fest, go for it. And if you want an electric car that is sporty, comfortable, and has a ton of range, go for the BE 6. Other than that, Ride and Drive Safe. Ride and Drive Hard!
