SO one thing is clear - the production versions is having a single color, rather than those color's with dual tones.

So, how??? those pictures - blue and now this black ones have only one plain color with no graphics or no lines like that.

But those bikes have Saree guard, rear hugger, and crash protector.

          So ?

The official website does feature this dual color theme, so wont that be the final version?

              Independent spark control through ECU

              What does this mean?
Probably means the firing of each spark plug is according to programmed settings of the ECU depending on the conditions inside the combustion chamber.

Hmmm. I realised this later. I got confused with this ECU as I though ECU is only for Fi.

Not just on Fi but even carbureted bikes have a digitally (ECU) controlled firing sequence.

I guess the word they were looking for was CDI. Wouldn't have caused this much confusion. Or maybe they are using something a bit more advanced than a CDI, a 32 bit 80386 will barely cost 200 bucks in this day and age, along with 16MB flash for the software and 2MB RAM, such a setup should have more than enough processing to successfully control ignition of 3 simple spark plugs and a Radiator fan relay.

Advice is a form of nostalgia.
Dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

a CDI and a ECU controlled firing sequence is not the same.

and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.

#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
                        #overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road

(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

I guess ECU controlled firing is much more advanced. So, you get a computer which does some some quick calculations & does the firing.

OT: Now, if they are already having ab ECU, wouldn't have been wise to get it Fi-ed too or it requires much more apparatus? I mean apart from ECU controlling the fuel inlet too.

With no decals and i hope the side black panels are present in the production version which were not there in the blue pulsar NS found previously. Just hope these are test models.

Also I don't think all carb bikes are controlled through ECUs. Only some of them.
                            Whats there in a signature?

With the bike still not officially launched and available for sale, these obviously are test mules sans the covers/shrouds.
