fear the black looks good,i knew that it is a test bike, but the no. plate kinda shook me.and the question remains why do i race?
every finishing line is the begining of a new race.
#i have learnt to manipulate my own adrenaline and the perception of biking is different.
#overkill is underrated.
#how random roads may appear there is always a destination.sigpic
#i don't subscribe to co-incidence,either it is the rider or the other moron on the road
(:)people keeps on saying add spark to life, bajaj got hold of that idea and added an extra spark to bike.

The bike sounds amazing!!!
Next time if i spot it, i'm gonna ask for a ride
@Myth calm down buddy, it is a test bike i hav mentioned that in my post fairly clearly
looked at the pic. But being black, cannot make out wheter its a dual colour as shown during unveiling, or single body colour as shown in recent test bike spy pictures..??

However looks aggressive..
Also, read earlier that 200NS will be offered in two variants- One with soft ruber tyres and other with eurogrip.
can anyone tell whether there will be any design wise differences as well, coz i have a feeling that two toned colour will be available only with the premium level version.
However, bikes which were shown on unvelling had dual colour body, as well as Eurogrip tyres!!!!!!
So much confusion..... Someone pls clarify!!!!Last edited by Shibadip; 03-03-2012, 05:04 PM.sigpicRelationships change, evolve, and it goes deep.

the bike in the pic is full black no two tone anywhere.
i think bajaj is using a the full black theme to keep attention away frm the test bikes.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride!' -Hunter S. Thompson

Yeah me too thinking the same.Originally posted by revvhard View Postthe bike in the pic is full black no two tone anywhere.

That two tone color is too eye catchy. So a lil camouflage.

now why bajaj will do that, they already have showcased it,all they want is more hype.Originally posted by revvhard View Posti think bajaj is using a the full black theme to keep attention away frm the test bikes.and the question remains why do i race?

hype they want.
But i dont think they want people chasing after the new pulsar everytime they see it being tested on the roads, it makes the job difficult for bajaj as well as the test riders.
when i saw th bike today the rider had parked it on the side and was talkin on the phone, o went a few meters ahead and for a few minutes was tryin to clear my head on whether it is the cb1000r, the B-King or an fz1.
finally after a few seconds i realised its the NS and went upto the rider.
With that full black theme most people would mistake it for a bigger bike and just move ahead.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! Other than looking big, did the naked look was stylish enough??
And is the headlamp that much aggressive as it looked on the pictures??
P.S. had it been CB1000R, one could have easily make out the difference, and there would be more people chasing the rider

it looks stylish atleast according to me.
It has proper big bike street-fighter look; i mistook it for a cb1000r
The headlamp looks aggressive as hell; yes it does look almost exactly like the cb1000r's but honestly it suits the bike very well.Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! How about the tank??Originally posted by revvhard View Postit looks stylish atleast according to me.

coz i feel that the design of the tank is similar to hunk.(Also the designer of 200NS has also been on the design team of Hunk) But the tank of the Hunk looks disproportionate(bigger) with the actual size of the bike!!
does the tank of 200NS get along with the whole bike??
Also, what I felt from the pictures is that the split handle bar's height is more as compared to other bikes. does that look odd??
Thanks for ur pics and descriptions..sigpicRelationships change, evolve, and it goes deep.

i would have love to see a flat handle-bar,i feel split handlebar looks good one faired-ones not naked ones.Originally posted by Shibadip View PostAlso, what I felt from the pictures is that the split handle bar's height is more as compared to other bikes. does that look odd?and the question remains why do i race?

What is the next test in the list, those test riders will be asked to do?
By when all the tests will be done, so that we can have an official word on the availability of the bikes.
2000 Suzuki Fiero | 2004 Bullet Electra | 2004 RX135 | 2005 CBZ | 2009 Karizma | 2009 Punto 1.4 Petrol | 2011 Yamaha YZF-R15
