    majority of the auto sites are saying, launch in June. as per their wallpaper, it looks like its 25th. this wait looks freakishly short and long at the same time.

    edit: just called KTM guys in Pune, as per them, the launch is going to be in June only. not on 25th. but still i'm keeping my fingers crossed.

      Looking on this thread, I think the expectations of indian bikers from BAJAJ KTM alliance is pretty good hope to see numbers of people playing with there 390 machine on road 😊

        From what I was told by the Dealer KTM is having issues getting RTO approval for the bikes. I hope this is not the case though. Looks like one of the best buys assuming it is less than 2.5 lakhs

              It's so disheartening that it has the same puny body as the D200. Especially for me as I'm 6'1" and I would not like to feel as a bear on a bicycle

                      Nikasil coating my friend as mentioned by ktm. Also Metzeler tyres are confirmed unlike motoroids.com being skeptical in the above article.

                        just wondering why none of the reviews are able to give proper acceleration and braking times.top speed is understood due to bad weather.all reviewers were international magazines/auto sites.they should have the equipment necessary for measuring the values.its always 5 to six seconds or five-ish,six-ish etc for 0-100.and all of them did rip the bike hard occasionally in the videos.

                          May be KTM didnt allow them to use these equipment. this is just a marketing stunt. reviewers can use their gadgets duing their official review once the bike is launched.

                            During first ride events, the vehicles are initial batch or prototype only to get a media preview or response. The vehicle is given for a very short duration to get a response.
                            A Road test event is more thorough where the vehicle is with the reviewer for much longer and they are permitted to do tests.
                            This is true globally for cars and now across all magazines. Hope this helps.

                              To stay the least, from the renditions, it looks much enticing than D390. Just hope they dont spoil the look by puttin some dubious looking styling elements like they did on NS

                                Pulsar looks awesome in the matte finish.fairings are overdone a little.hope it does not add too much weight.
