great review NV. still can improve like OF Sir stated. But honestly I couldn't do as good. Hoping to join you guys sometime. Super pics MG! and yes the LS looks promising. Now if only they could change those harsh h'bar grips.

very impressed with the top speed. Just hoping they have improved the NVH levels of the engine, and also improved durability.

                        Same engine in KTM bikes!!!

The same engine block is being used in KTM 's latest concepts which were were revealed a few days ago

                        hre's the news:
Bajaj Autos wild 125cc KTM concepts - News- Zigwheels

"Both Bajaj KTMs feature lattice-type frames into which the all-new 125cc engine is hung, employed as a stressed member. This engine and gearbox is from the same Joseph Abraham-led team which has also designed and engineered all the Pulsar engines to date including India's first ever four-valve engine which will debut on the newest Pulsar day after tomorrow (more on this on Thursday)."

"This engine is the first platform undertaken by Bajaj Auto and KTM for their next range of machines and this can be built in many displacement sizes from 125cc upwards. In Europe the beginners' class mandates a cubic capacity of 125cc and a power limit pegged at 15PS. The new liquid-cooled engines, in their mildest state of tune meet the 15PS mark rather effortlessly, given that they are capable of much more thanks to the four-valve head operated by twin overhead camshafts and employing electronic fuel injection."

So, This engine is made by Bajaj and KTM together,And will be used by both manufacturers and we can expect the engine to be international standards.
Future BAJAJ bikes will get more exciting engines.
I think Bajaj is making most out of its alliances, No doubt It wants to be world's leading motorcycle manufacturer!

They could have worked on the P135's engine together but the engine blocks in the P135 & the KTM's you've listed look considerably different.

KTMs have liquid cooled engines,So they look different.
Unicorn and Xtreme share same engine but differently tuned. Do they look same...??
Fact is that both the engines on KTM and P135 are developed by the same team and share same geometry or design aspects.

The basic structure of what thing is placed where doesn't change.

Except for the designing details on the crank case the shape and position of various engine elements is bang on the same.
