            • Mannnn its just so hillarious out here!!!
Well here are a few from my side. More will follow pretty soon.

P200 was my first bike and this thing happened the day I took its delivery itself from Khivraj Bangalore.

Then I did this 2 more times and the signal turned green my friend went off and I was stranded there. The cars were honking behind me. Then my friend saw and came running back and we pulled the bike sideways and tried some R&D but to no avail and then in the end I realized that the Engine kill was engaged. I was like WTFH!!!!

              Riding with side stand once!!

Then once I started my bike and realized the front wheel lock was still on!!!

              My thoughts...

              • OT

OT : not related to biking
this is what happened to me yesterday night.
came out of Office at 10pm and went to the SBI ATM to withdraw Money. the damned door was not opening even after 4-5 attempts. I bent a little to see if there is something jammed in the slot of the door.....then I realise that it was not my ATM card I was inserting, it was my ID Card..............

                • Hii guys, some blunders by me

                  1. I was in 8th standard, used to take my Mom's Scooty to buy households, after purchasing just as i got on to bike saw some girls coming from front. Decided to show them my riding skills, needed to do a 180 degree turnaround, which i did without putting my leg down by tilting bike and just as i was recovering due to excessive tilting, heard a BANG!!!!!!!!! Forgot side stand....Somehow managed from falling and headed straight back home without even turning my head...

                  2. Got my first bike, was doing some riding through unknown roads with a jacket and full face helmet . It was time of twilight, going through a lane i remembered my old classmates home and saw an elderly woman coming my way i rode my bike very slowly towards her and asked whether she knows my friends home, the moment she heard me , she ran like "her life was on stake". Apparently she thought I was some thief who will snatch her golden chain when she take her eyes off me...........Grrrr, thank god nobody was there to see this...........

                  • The Ninja completed a lil over 1000 kms and went in for her first service on 24th May.

Couldnt drop off the bike myself at the service center as I had to be in office so I got the bike picked up in the morning from work by the service engineer and he delivered it in the evening to my office.

Funny thing happened when the bike was delivered in the evening.

I paid the said amount, geared up, mounted the bike, ignition was turned on, side stand retracted and then pressed the starter switch.... Nothing. No crank, nothing. I panicked.

Have had nasty experiences earlier with my other bikes just after a service and i was nearly having a heart attack and hyperventilating. Checked the engine kill switch and tried again. Nothing.

Called the engineer who had just left and i was asked to check if the kill switch was ON. Nope, it wasn't. Bike must be in gear was the reply. But the bike does start in gear as the side stand was retracted. Then it occurred to me. Damn, pull the clutch and start or shift into neutral and start.... and it worked. I am so habituated to parking the bike in neutral and pressing the starter switch. Have never started the bike in gear so clutch is never engaged. Funny incident which sent me bonkers. LOL.

                      • once I had gone to my friend's place after some time when I was about to leave I realised I have misplaced my key . We seaarched a lot but could not find it. Then I and my friend went to search a chabi wala (key maker), after a long search we found that guy. He agreed to accompany us after very long 3 hours i finally had the key made and when i took out my wallet to pay that guy I was shocked to see that the key we were searching for such a long time was in my wallet !!!!!!!!

                        • about 7 years ago when I used ride scooter. Once my uncle called me and asked can u take my kinetic for servicing I instantly replied yes I thought it would be a great experience as i had never ridden kinetic before. I picked up the kinetic from his place and was ripping it at a point of time the car which was ahead of me slowed down and eventually stopped. That was when i instinctively started pressing the rear brake like I used to do on my scooter. By the time i realised what i was doin BANG!!!!!!!!

Hmmm... The bike not starting blooper is pretty common, but calling the service engineer isn't. Congrats, you got a unique one!!

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.
