My family owns a Hyundai Santro Xing(XG)
    Year:2006
    Color:Forest Dew.
I use it only when I need to ferry two or more people and for family trips only. Rest I'm happy with my bike and the kinetic zoom of my dad.
For my routine, my Pulsar is any day better both in terms of economy as well as maneuverability in traffic.
But for monsoons and family trips can't attach a sidecar and ride my bike

I do not own a car myself but my dad has a Tata Indigo diesel and a Maruti 800 (which is usually driven by me and mm). I have driven on long tours in the Indigo... for instance a 700km drive from Baroda to Jaipur and a 1000+ km trip to diu-dwarka-gir and back to baroda. I love the way Indigo effortlessly cruises on the highway, but in city i prefer the 800 because it doesn't require a lot of gear shifting in traffic (with Indigo u need to change from 1st to 2nd gear quite frequently due to odd gear ratios and diesel engine).

I enjoy driving both cars and bikes.
          I own a P150 and a Swift Diesel.
Have clocked close to 45k on my bike in 3 years and 12K on car in 1 year.
I Usually switch between the both for my daily commute to office, and also use car weekend and long trips with family and friends.

+1 on this. it is really a pain to drive in city traffic, especially in city like bangalore.

We own an Alto Lxi 07 model.

Small car, easier to ride in the 'hyderabad traffic'.

I usually drive if I need to take my family.

Have done some short tour trips in it (<500 Kms) within A.P

+1million. Especially, I miss riding a bike, when I see the motorcyclists moving past me in heavy traffic.

my family has a 98 model maruti zen, till now clocked 50,000 only, though the external has taken a beating, thanks to the mumbai traffic, she's screaming for a repaint.I do have my friend's totalled swift's engine lying around.Planning to plonk it in,in near future,if my finance and time permits.
