Well i am considering my next mobile as nexus 5 but cant consider gionee series as they are new in market i would better invest in our old mmx.

Well if phone is in warranty and you didnt tried to flash the mobile or root it then you could contact A.S.S.
Gionee is new in Indian market but in china, its the second best company.
Moreover, gionee makes all it's phones from its own sources, r&d , etc but micromax gives contracts to other third party companies in india , china or wherever they find lowest price. Gionee e7 is far better than nexus 5 it's my personal experience, I have NOT used any other gionee so I don't know about them, but as far as e7 is concerned, acc. To me it's the best phone in our market.

i paid rupees 14,300 for grey color.

no its not telephone shopee, it is a shop in pimpri.

i did not checked the manufacturing date, but since the phone was launched in july 2013, i dont think that should be an issue. why are you asking that ?

Here is my review of my moto g16gb:

I was looking for a phone at around 15k. Wanted something that could run most of the popular apps and games smoothly. I wanted a good battery life and sound quality. Was almost decided on xperia L but decided too go with moto g.

The performance is similar to the the previous gen flagship quadcores like the s3, n4 etc which still sell for about twice the price of moto g.

                                pros
-Excellent hardware specs and real life performance, similar it is to the nexus 4 i have extensively used. Benchmarks are similar to that of 25k phones. Runs all apps and hd games that i've tried.
-Battery life is excellent for a phone with such specs. Can comfortably last a whole day with heavy usage.
-The built quality of the phone is good save for the wobbly power and volume keys.
-Design wise the phone is to the point. Looks cool in the glossy black finish. The back is also nice to hold with the matt finish.
-A 720p display is all you need for a 4.5in display. It is bright, provides deep blacks and good viewing angles.
-The sound quality of the speakers is loud, clear although kind of shrill. But to me the sound quality is better than say, xperia L, lumia 720 etc when paired with quality earphones.
-16gb variant provides you with the largest memory space in terms of app 'install-ability' in this price range.
                                -Call quality.
-4.4 update, official cyanogen support and the growing developers base.

                                cons:
-The phone feels a lot heavy for its size.
-The camera is pathetic in less than perfect lighting. The samsung, sony and nokia in this price range are way better.
-I prefer to carry a large music library but the lack of memory card is slightly limiting. But you can use usb OTG for the same.
-Takes a long time to connect to new wifi network after the kitkat update. But once the connection is done, subsequent connections to the same network do not take as long.
                                -Charging time.
-Only a single colour notification led.
-Motorola apps are sort of useless.
-The touch sensitivity is not precise at the edges. Also a fingerprint magnet.
-They should have provided an usb or an otg cable instead of those cheap earphones.
-A google product no more :P

Service centers are another area of concern to me. Hopefully they are good. Once the deal is through with lenovo, I expect the condition to improve.
