at last XBHP is back

So happy to see xBHp back but very said to hear the loss of invaluable treasure.

Xbhp was such a big repositary of data related to all the Indian as well as foreign bikes.

We will rise again and will again have that loads of information because we have only lost the data but not the people and their experience who helped in building it.

Really unfortunate indecent.
Lost quite few memories of a couple of years which i used to revisit to relive.

Kudos to Sunny and team to take up the mantle again.
From this point we can all but Rebuild XBHP.

Wooo after a long desperate wait its so nice to be back here discussing, Really missed XBHP when ever i wanted to discuss something for my bike, wanted to share some experience, wanted to plan to meet some bikers..
The first choice is always XBHP...no doubt about it .

Reg the message , I too felt that when in depression take ur bike , drive slow and go to a cool place , natural beauty does the magic, for me .

Felt bad after readinng what happened , but very happy to see it back.
Yeah I too lost all my trip logs, but its okey.In fact I started writing logs after joining xBhp. No props pics are still there . All I can say is , It was damn boring withouth xBhp.

I Guess a little wierd problem going on..!! once you login then the time seems to be wrong(current time showing as 8:39 AM)....but once you logout and check the threads again...the time seems to be correct....

A job well done..!!

Life seemed so very boring @ office w/o xbhp..wasnt aware of the terrible thing tat happened until i read it yestrday..anyways Kudos to everyone involved who did everythin they cud to get XBHP bck on its feet.. or shud i say wheels..lol!!
Shit happens..wat counts is how you get over with it..No looking back..lifes calling..here i come!!

Finally, Xbhp rose like a pheonix !!! sunny bhai you deserve a wide applause for this .. you really have a rock steady passion for bikin and bikers !! thanks again for the wonderful resurrection.. Waiting for the something big coming up to do whatever i can and be a part of it

Call it addiction or call it a Passion but xBhp was more than "JUST-ANOTHER-BIKING-SITE".
It was more or less a place where like minded people got together and interacted with each other.
Waited very eagerly for 22nd Sep and could not find the site on that day but nonetheless, it was SAD to hear what all Happened but lets see the brighter side of it.
though wonderful posts, amazing road trips, informatory biking discussion is lost....but along with that we also lost something that was consuming the Data base
Yeah...am talking about the non-active members and all, plus we got a wonderful chance to chose the ids of our own choice, just in case if our previous ones were not tht good(as in my case…it was THE_DARING_CARING_SCORPIO, but now its just short and sweet dcs!!!)
So now it is more or less like starting off from the scratch, let’s HIT the Road....lets keep the things rolling, let’s not regret what has happened and let’s make sure that we don’t do the same mistakes/ blunders as we did in the past.
I don’t know too many people here but happened to meet Ravi, Aryan and the Gang at the JNU dhaba in Aug,08. (I came along with Desideep), but would be Glad to know more of US!
Wish to learn more from the Learned and wish to share my piece of information/knowledge!

This is tragic for all the members on the forum to have lost so much ...
but the members are really what made this community what it was ...
and I am sure we will slowly but surely get back our treasure trove ... so keep posting away

I have been a member for only a few months but am really hooked and visit these forums almost 2 to 3 times daily. Past few weeks were really hard ... like being on a rehabilitation program ... .

@Sunny ... your write ups with the awesome pics are much awaited
@rossiter ... several of your ride reports are invaluable to us
@dhariya ... your track day info/pics will be a treat if posted again
@ all others ... please re-post your best threads/posts asap

Also let us take a moment to remember (and mention if names / userids known) those who had continued to live through the forums though they were taken away ... few of them in the pursuit of this passion of ours ...

Some posts indicate anger at the forum owners for not backing up often etc ... that was really in bad taste ... firstly remember that we are getting all this for free ... do you know the cost of handling such a massive community ... the bandwidth, hosting and maintenance costs ... especially when we login like 10 times a day? Everybody is pained by this ... more so the forum owners who have put in so much more time and energy into this than anybody else. Let us help ease that pain by contributing to rebuilding what we lost.

PS: The 2009 R1 is not love at first sight ... sigh ... so it can't be the ONE .
