Please understand that this is the first attempt of Bajaj with the perimeter frame. They can be forgiven if they don't get it right to someone's standards the first time. See, even Yamaha upgraded the R15 with a better and new swing-arm and wider tyres to make it more stable than its previous version. And I believe even minor tweaks were also made to the frame. Now you ride the new and previous R15s back to back and you will notice how the new R15 is more stable and more confidence inspiring at any speed. It doesn't mean that the previous R15 was bad, it still is bloody good. So believe that Bajaj will also sort out number of things related to design and/or chassis when they decide to upgrade NS. There's no need for so much disbelief if NS feels slightly unstable at a particular high speed. In all this, you are forgetting that this perimeter frame is also the reason that NS is the best handling pulsar to date.

but people calling it a revolutionary product and technological marvel is just too hard to digest for me... In one word, its the best pulsar till date and nothing else... And yes i am still going for the ns...i want a liquid cooled 6 speed engine thats the reason i am going for it...coz there is no other choice... I want to buy the duke but i cant afford it now... I have just some query about the ns which only a test ride can only solve... the feel while accelarating, the height while riding in traffic, the sitting posture while riding and mainly the weight of the bike since i have a major surgery and i cant ride a heavy bike that too with high seat... I just wish the handles were better...overall nice product...
Because if it is about Pulsar 220, then I am sorry to tell both of you that you are grossly mistaken. Had you guys been talking about corners, I would agree with the bouncy *rear end* theory, but never straights.
i do have a plan B if i have problem with ns...ie get a used rtr180 for the time being and get it modded..use it for a year and then buy the duke maybe... And i just love bikes bro...nothing can stop me from riding... Btw i had my surgery on bangalore itself at NIMHANS... Was there for 2 months paralysed...came back to kolkata, dad bought me a bike just so that i can start the bike and listen to its sound and feel good coz my left side was fully paralysed and i couldn't stand up properly... My dad used to hold me and put me on the bike on centre stand and i used to rev the engine... After i recoved a bit after 3 months, i learnt to ride on the same bike and that was my first bike...
