                        UPDATE:-
                        found this:

                        CPR9EA-9 at HONDA showroom!

                        cost = 130\-

                        effect noted from very first ride with new spark plug:
                        acceleration increased,
                        throttle respose increased,
                        topspeed marginally increased,[ + 5 kmph]
                        milage didnt chked

                        and a very mysterious symptoms i noted that kick is kicking back!! may be spark plug is involved! :/

                            well welding is not that big deal..i leant it my workshop lab in very first sem at collage... if i happen to have tools then i would have saved atleast 150\-.
                            the machenic who did this is specialised in it! he own a shockup repair shop! he did this countless time on many such bikes in city!

                            • ^^ well dude welding of a component like the rear shock is a big deal !!
                              Imporoper welding will leave air bubbles inside the joint. It might not be strong enough and there will be a danger of it snapping off. Also a weak joint will introduce weird flex and instability at curves and brakes !!

                              Just telling this coz we are concerned bout you mate. If you are confident of the thing, then its all okay.

                              I think there are ways to check the strength of welds, to see if there are cavities inside or not ! Maybe you can check it out once !
                              Cheers ...
                              Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
                              Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

                                and i said the same to my mech and told him abt how company uses x-rays and such to check intenal cracks and cavities ; he said dont worry , he knew what i was saying and he said though he dont have x-rays but he know the technique which minimises this ...i was like go on brah!
