Yeah, I had the RC 180cc Big Bore on my Dazzler. This is the same block which goes on the bikes you listed above. Unfortunately that block seized at about 1600kms. Got a free replacement but this time a 170cc bore and with lesser compression.

There will be an increase in top end power and mid range torque provided you jet the carbs properly.

Free advice - not worth it..

Raceconcepts is nothing but fraud.
Fake stuff, Fake Promises and he is nowhere an engineer, he is a tailor by profession and by mistake he started dealing with cars and bikes.
Its better to stay away from such idiots on earth who call them selves professional.
How can someone claim so much where as he just cant do one things right.
He should be put into jail for what he has done with people all over India.
He will be in Jail soon.

Elsewhere, In the " Powerhouse FZ18" thread member Shv18 had gone through a bad experience with Race Concepts, But had Clarified on the problems with a Technical write up, bringing to the fore the many aspects that were not right.
If you had any such experience, Please do share the experience,as otherwise your claims will not be justified.

Hi guys!! Been a long time since I posted anything here as I was busy riding my 220 and tricking it to the max to see what output she can deliver.
Being a RC fan few months back I realised I was cheated in such a way that even after being stabbed at the back I was still supporting RC for no reason.
. This all started when I got bored with the power delivery of my bike as it was some 1.5 lkah kms done, so thought lets give RC a try and see what happens.
. I called up Mr tooner (yea mr tooner as everyone calls him and now m also in the same line) enquired about all his goodies and stuff and decided to buy them, placed an order and I transferred the full amount of money 1. The big bore 2. FFE eggjosht (exhaust) 3. Clutch springs 4. Petal disc 5. Cam shaft.
All this was ordered in one go. It was a Huge amount for my dad as hez a Govt employee, but still he gave it a shot.
The story starts from here.
Everyday I used to call him for my stuff to be couriered and he used to make all sort of lame replies that he has been on the track and bla bla bla and his workshop has ome issues and dont know what all sorts of excuses which even I would refuse to say in front of my teacher during my school days.
After 6 whole months I got all my stuff.
As expected there had to be some prob cz Mr Tooner just cant do things the right way.
There were no clutch springs in the package amd the bore was broken and used on some other bike.
The bore had those packaging on it which we put before installing it. The fins on the sides were broken. When I called him he said OH SORRY I MIGHT HAVE SEND U MY PULSARS BIG BORE WHICH HAS MORE POWER AND SLIGHTLY BETTER DISPLACEMENT THAN OTHER BIG BORES, YOU CAN USE IT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PROBS IN IT.
I gave him a nice piece of my mind and told him that u made me wait for 6 months and now you are giving me this used garbage? He then asked me to send it back to him and then he gave me a new one. That new bore took him 1 more month.
So after installing the bore I came across Shiv18's thred on which he had written so much about the big bore failure and accidents. I srill thought of giving it a shot.
Installed the big bore and the head and everything else.
I had to leave for delhi next week for a road trip to see how it performs.
After installing I did my running in of 2000 kms in which I did 1000 in the city and I000 on the highway under 6k rpm.
My mental block had got cleared by that time. So took off for delhi and came back home in a weeks time.
I had plans for my south trip next month.
Bike was running perfectly fine with no issues except it was gulping oil at every 500 kms. 500kms she used to gulp down 200ml of oil which is way too much. Checked all possible issues from piston rings to valve seals and O rings and what not. Bike was perfect but no way we could figure out any leakage.
Next month I started my road trip during Navratri. My fav place during Navratri is Vadodra. So started from kanpur and reached Vadodra where I came to know from my close biker friends that there is an Xbhp interstate GTG. MH-Gj.
I wa excited and started planning things for the GTG.
The day we started off for the GTG, the glasswool from the RC EGGJOSHT came out, this wasn't the first thime the glasswool was coming out. Almost 5 times ive faced the same thing.
Everyone was irritated with the kind of noise it was creating.
We reached Daman and everyone from Maharashtra had that look on their face, one more Joels Bakra.
I was so ashamed to start my bike in front of them , felt like slapping that Tooner so hard.
The GTG went amazing and the next day we all palnned to push back home.
We all started with both the 390's on the lead and thwn everyone else behind. I was tailing most of the time as my EGGJOSHT was way too irritating. We took our first halt in some 100 kms so as to give the new riders some brk. I could feel I am getring deaf from my right ear because of the EGGJOSHT. So we all again started our Ride to back home, this time I was behind the 390's as I wanted to irritate my friends.
Suddenly everyone started flashing their lights, I thought they wanted to relax down again, so before I could stop 2 of my friends came rushing towards me and told me my exhaust is down. I immediately stopped and saw my exhaust was hanging. The clamp on the foot peg had broken down cz it was so thin.
We somehow managed to pull it up and tie it back so that I could ride back home.
We again started and in just 1 km distance the whole EGGJOSHT fell down on the road.
I was so furious, I called up Joel Joseph and asked him what Crap has he made, he refused to take my cal and left a message that he is busy and will call back later.
I replied that I ha e an emergency here and ur exhaust has fallen off, pick up the call. The way he replied was so rude and mean that I could have killed him if he was there in front of my eyes. He replied, what can I do now? You send me the exhaust and ill send you the new one. No srry nothing, he didn't even enquire what happened and how. What would he be doing at 12 midnight that he was so busy?
I gave all the nice things that came in my mind and that guy was just not ready to talk.
My friends helped me get a small tempo to put my bike in it and reach back home. So thankful to all of them.
Next day I couriered him the exhaust and gave him the details.
I was paralysed without my bike, had to borrow my friends bike for some time.
I was staying in a hotel in vadodara as I thought in a weeks time I would get my exhaust and ill leave for my south trip.
1 week 2 week 3 week 4 weeks gone and that guy was lying lying lying and lying to me every single day. He rold me on the 2nd week that the new lot has been made and will be shoppen in 2 day.
I still thought ok fine ill manage somehow.
5 weeks later I decided to leave this Liar apart and find some other means to get my bike back on road, I had spent some 20 grands on the hotel room rent.
My dad didn't say anything regarding the expenses but he asked me to teach him a lesson for what he has done.
I borrowed a friends exhaust and rode down to Pune, I had read about Motozone earlier and thought I should give it a try.
The Motozone guys were so so so humble and down to earth, I couldn't believe professionals like them can be so down to earth and so kind hearted.
I showed them my bike and asked them to make an exhaust for me. They said fine give us one day we'll make it for you. Boy!! I was amazed to see the response and the quickness in them. I sae a nicely done up pulsar 200 at their garag5 and asked them for a test ride.
I went bonkers, my bike wasn't delivering power at all in front of that 200 that thwy had made. I was shocked to see the performance and the smoothness in it.
I immediately came back and told them I want my bike to be like this or even better.
They took a ride and came back with a funny face and laughed at me, Tgis is what uve paid so much for?
He took out my head and showed me the difference between my jead and the head they make.
Believe me I was shiked to see the roughness on my head which was eating up all the power and uneven flow of gasses, the ports were also not ported properly.
Motozone gave me a challenge that my bike would perform way better than what it was performing earlier.
After one day, the head was done, engine was opened and inspected properly. They changed my clutch plates and pressure plateds as they were worn out slightly.
They closed the engine nd gave me a new Loe Vince exhaust system.
Boy the bike was flying. It was ultra smooth and the response was amzingly crisp on all gears.
I gave them my bike and asked them to do what ever they wanted to on it to perform like a beast.
Next day they had installed a Race CDI amd did my shockers and replaced the rear brake line to a steel braded one.
I also got pipercross air filter installed. Bike was breathing so easily and It felt like there was an extra lung.
I went for a small round of 10 kms on the highway, the bike wouldn't stop running, rpm was exceeding 13k, so much power and response it gave thay I was shocked and frightened to handle her.
Came back with a big smile on my face which they wanted to see and then they felt good.
After this I went on the highway and tested the buke wit all the load that I carry while touring. The bike was pulling effortlessly and never felt like downshifting while overtaking anyone.
So much power and smoothness.
Unbelievable work done by Motozone.
Hats off Mr Vikram and Chint.
After leaving Pune the only thing I was missing was the talk me and Chint used to have and all the Gyan from Mr Vikram shared.

Hahaha. Yea I managed to reach Vadodra by 1:20, I left mumbai at 10. Pathetic traffic man.
We had a gala time together with all the Gyaan we got from Vikram, Chint and abhimanyu31.
5 hours went by like one hour with so much to share and so much to learn from each other.
It was amazing!
Though I was thinking of dropping the plan of entering mumbai as I would get really late while going back, but then after meeting you all it was amazing.
I realised in what kind of mess I was getting in and how Motozone saved me from getting chocked.
Anyways, shall plan a ride soon to Mumbai and then we can have one more round of amazing chit chat and video sharing.

Keeping in line with everything.. if possible i would request you to do share your longterm experience with all the modifications as you continue clocking miles. i feel that will give everyone a broader perspective about the difference you felt once the hot roding project was done the "correct way" from Motozone. It is usually the long term report logs which present a valuable info about the reliability and overall gains for you and for the readers to understand it through your experience..

Video sharing was fun and the gyan talks were really helpful...

Exams are on so might not be able to share things in near time.
In short: What Mr Tooner claimed to deliver was something a normal mech could have done with just a air filter replacement.
Initially it was my me tal satisfaction that my bike is doing good and things, but when I came across many of my frinds bike, I realised my bike was no special even after putting 40 grands.
I had done all this to get some more fun on the Highways, which was all waste after getting her souped up.
Motozone did make my bike a proper mean machine from a complete goner, believe me, I never knew what Motozone was before I came across shv18's thread and thought of giving them a try.
I was shocked to see their determination and hardwork, unlike Mr Tooner who can only make tall claims and work like a begger with simply no idea of what he is doing.
My head was not workerd upon, I was thrashed with some hand held drill machine with no measures and accuracy of what and how to do.
For him ot like digging a hole to take out water from the bottom.
So after Motozone helped me with all the tooned things which Mr Tooner had send me, I did a 4k km run with their setup, bike was literally flying.
Smoothness had changed completely, FE also increased by 1.5 to 2 kmpl, the mid and high end torque which was missing had been solved in such a way that during the test ride only I fell in love with my bike all over again.
Again THIS IS NO PUBLICITY STUNT OR PROMOTION, its my personal experience with Motozone.
I know there are many followers of Mr Tooner who worship him like god and dont know what not.
Wait till you all get tooned in such a way that you wont have any options left but to join our league of expressing your thoughts and Experience with Mr Tooner and his Super Duper Technical Technology.

I am glad you had found some one who is able to deliver what you wanted...

Considering the amount of negative feedback on this thread (my own experience with that exhaust has been very iffy. Bottom end screwed - mid range slightly better - mad irritating sound) and having first hand knowledge of the sheer lack of professionalism on part of the tuner, I think the thread should be renamed
"Race Concepts - Next Level Performance - Now Many Complaints"
A non member or a newbie might just end up reading the first few pages and be wowed into buying the 'goodies'.
