        Hi again bros,
        @ abihijitkn, @ HarishK, and @ others:

Yes, I will definitely start a new thread when this gets underway (soon).

It will take a while to get the whole thing studied/ done since not only the CFD studies (Computational Fluid Dynamics) are pretty heavy on the computers, but I shall also have to 3D model the present ports (meaning probably a silicon molding) and the various other designs I will study. Easier and cheaper on the computer than by trial and errors on the bike....but nothing guaranteed, ever, even when one goes for the real full CFD, with temperatures, full movements of the piston and valves, etc: that's what the formula one guys do all the time, but I do not have not only the programs, the machines, nor - moreover! - the knowledge....and it would take me years!!!

Not mentioned earlier, but this mod will also include BRT new CDI, oil cooler (will be VERY necessary!), etc... Bike already has a disc rear brake (see thread in UT section....gone to page 3 now )

I'm pretty excited, though! Will let you know the whole thing

          Which carb is it, Sydney?
A flat slide, direct control racing carb (Mikuni TM or else) of still a Constant Velocity like the stock one (Mikuni BS)?

Looking forward for a full report, comparisons, drag races, etc...etc...: give us some fun

BS 29... sounds rather big for 180cc! Is that Joel's recommendation?

Curious to know about your jetting once you'll have it (and all you will be able to say about the "almost finished upgrading" of your bike . Thanks in advance!

BS 29 is the most appropriate one for a 180CC, tuned for 17hp approx.

Even the Apache 180 has BS 29.
